Don’t look appetising
I was shocked to see its colour wasn’t whitish as we have been used to in the pounded yam products we’ve bought and used in the past. Colour was totally off putting and for that reason, we did not feel safe to cook and eat it. 🤮

I would rate this 0 stars of I could. I expected pounded yam which is normally white in colour but upon making this. it had a brown nasty colour. Had to trash everything. Don't waste your money.

Yam flour (Amala) is different from poundo or pounded yam flour.The product is very accurate and meant to be a dark brown colour.Please stop leaving inaccurate reviews because you did not read the product description. The brand and product is great if you are looking for Amala.

Do not buy
I should have read other reviews as this was a loss. Was not whitish as previously bought and when made -tasted extremely bitter and I did not feel it was safe to eat
