Surprisingly versatile and well made. I am not going to use this as a cleaver for cutting through bone, and honestly am not sure if it will. I cook a lot of vegetarian dishes with some meat and this is perfect for me.It's nicely constructed, but the cut out under the handle needs to be better finished because it's almost abrasive. I still give it five stars because of the functionality and overall design *for the price.*Normally I have a pair of chef knives and assorted other cutting tools. This will easily replace all of those (for my cooking style.) In fact, this, a smaller mezzaluna for mincing herbs, and a bread knife are all I truly need, so based on this knife I am going to greatly downsize my knife collection.One final note: not all stainless steel will stick to a magnetic. This one will, which (to me) is a major plus because I store my knives in a magnetic board.

What great quality and so nice to use. Anyone one handed like me should own one. Can be used as rocker knife. Sharpens to fine blade slice a tomato thinly. It is my go to kitchen knife now.

This knife is really nice. Been looking at many different brands and chose this one. The size is perfect. The weight is nice. The handle is nicer than others I’ve seen and chose this knife based on the handle and finger hole in the blade. Very comfortable in the hand. This knife is extremely sharp. Also, other knives are said to rust if not treated. You do not need to treat this knife. It does not rust. I am very happy with this knife and so glad I bought it. Price point was also very attractive for what you get.

Potentially dangerous item. It is heavy and the grip is very comfortable. The blade is very sharp and has a slight curve. I love to cook, but now have severe arthritis in my hands. I bought the knife to make cooking easier, given my painful hands. On the first use, I was holding the knife in my left hand and managed to cut open my right ring finger. The cut required several stitches. This could be and is a useful knife, but one must be deliberate and careful with it. I think this type of knife is usually used with a shallow wooden bowl.

The handle appears to be plastic. A wood handle wood make it nicer but otherwise great to use and very sharp.

Absolutely love this knife!!! I was intimidated at first as she is sharp and awkward looking but once you use it you will want to chop everything!! I bought it for making salads and my only regret is not buying it sooner.

I got this knife to help cut meat and other items when I had a large batch to freeze dry. It is very comfortable to hold and works a lot like my Ulu knife that I got in Alaska. It rocks easily and cut great. I don't know how durable it will be as I was ill for a while and just started using it. It's very sharp, so be extra careful! Good deal!

Love this knife! I swear I could cut down a pine tree with this thing it’s dirty. It’s easy to use the handle fits great and there’s very little danger of me cutting myself.
