After we ordered them we found a place that sold them for a little less money. But I feel more confident ordering things from Amazon. This is a FANTASTIC product to have if you fly fish. We don't use anything else for our lead line.

Reliable quality, do exactly what they are supposed to do. I use them every time I go fishing and have done for 25 yrs

I bought this leader for the price and am not disappointed. I honestly couldn't say whether it not being flourocarbon has resulted in less bites, as I use these "trout" leader in VA creeks and rivers for bluegill and sunfish, where they work just fine. I also like that the leader already has a loop to attach it to my fly line. And while I would the loop is knotted and not glued or welded, that's OK too because leaders like that tend to cost a lot more.

Used Umpqua for years. No longer available locally it is the best.
