Good quality unit for the home, without a high price tag.
Good bang for your buck. This unit took me (middle-aged female) and my 15-year-old son approximately 3 hours to assemble. Considering that we are somewhat mechanically inclined, the assembly was simple. The unit is solid once assembled (better than I expected, actually). My son is an athlete who trains year-round. We purchased this unit to add to his home options when he's not at the gym/with his team training. This unit allows him to do everything he wants or needs. We already had a plate rack/holder and bar, so we did not install the plate holders on the back side of the unit to save space. No issues at all, and saved us about 8 inches of depth. Is it a commercial unit? No, but honestly, we do not see a need for that in a home unit. This unit meets all our high-level needs, without the commercial price.

Great upgrade!
I really love this rack. It wasn't difficult to assemble, but I did have to wait for quite a few boxes to show up. The color and quality is amazing. Nothing scratched during assembly. Nothing stripped either. A ratchet set or two can really make the job go by much faster. Definitely listen to the instructions about not over tightening at the beginning. The cross bar in the back is hard to put in if you don't have enough slack. The cables are fantastic addition for workouts. Something I had been missing for a while. Everything so far is durable and seems like it will last a very long time. So far, I'm really enjoying this rack. The included bar and weights are great. I'm incredibly happy with this purchase.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
I LOVE this. I got the F22 rack with the bar, bench, and weights. I'm on week 21 and look forward to every day on it! Assembly instructions are pretty good. (Though I ended up putting quite a few sections together backwards and having to take them apart and do them correctly. That might be my bad. I often mix up my right and left directions. But, just pay attention.) The rack is stable and strong. It's a little short, but you get used to curling up your legs for pullups and dips pretty quickly. The 35lb and esp. 45lb rubber plates are thick/wide. I added some traditional "Standard" iron plates so I can get more of them on the cable horns for seated rows and lat pulldowns. Having it in my garage, I NEVER miss gym day. NOT HAVING TO DRIVE TO THE GYM MAKES ALL THE DIFFERENCE IN THE WORLD!!! The pullup grips are fantastic. The dip handles are very hard - I wear gloves for padding. The cables are smooth and steady. The weights ride up and down easily. I ultimately removed the landmine - didn't use it, found it in the way. I bought the leg holder to do lat pulldowns - that's just okay. Does what it's supppsed to, but it's clunky/inelegant.

Solid rack, great quality for the price
I bought this 3 weeks ago and have been using it 3-4x / week since. I will update this review in a few months, when I have a better idea of its durability. Installation took about 5 hours to complete by myself. It wasn't too strenuous but be sure to follow the instructions (side note, the installation video that's on the Amazon product page was very helpful, I probably referenced it a dozen times when the paper instructions were confusing or didn't show enough detail). Also be sure to have a socket wrench / attachment that fits- the wrenches the rack comes with will work, but it would probably take you twice as long and 3x the backache. Stability is great: I've loaded 400 lbs on the squat rack and there's a tiny bit of wiggle when loading / unloading, but that's happened on every rack I've used, even at large gyms. Little to no sway when I'm doing pullups (I'm 220 lbs for reference). I typically keep some weight loaded on the pulleys, so this may be helping with the rack stability slightly; regardless, in no way does it feel like a light or cheap rack, which was my main concern going in. The cables are better than I expected given the price, but they're not amazing, especially when pulling on extreme angles. The cable attachments do the job, but they're not very comfortable - I plan to upgrade these soon. The rest of the attachments (J-hooks, safety bars, dip bars, etc.) do the job just fine. One complaint I see is that the weights are loaded on the back, so you can't push this against a wall to save space. As a workaround, you don't have to install the weight holders on the back - I just didn't attach them and I use a weight tree that I already had. This allowed me to push the rack right against my wall to save space. Overall, I'm very happy with this rack so far.
