Solid Choice for Shipping Labels: 4x6 Thermal Printer Paper
Solid Choice for Shipping Labels: 4x6 Thermal Printer Paper If you're regularly printing shipping labels or other 4x6 documents, the Thermal Printer Paper is a reliable option that gets the job done without breaking the bank. I've been using this paper with my Thermal Printer for 9 months, and it has consistently delivered crisp, scannable prints. What I liked: * Clear and Sharp Printing: The paper surface allows for excellent thermal transfer, resulting in text and barcodes that are clear, dark, and easy for scanners to read. This is crucial for avoiding delays and ensuring smooth processing of packages. * Good Adhesion : The adhesive backing is strong and reliable. Once applied, the labels stay put and don't peel off easily, even in varying temperatures. This gives me confidence that my labels will remain secure throughout the shipping process. * Decent Quantity for the Price: The 500 sheets per stack offer a good balance between quantity and cost, making it an economical choice for small businesses or frequent shippers. * Smooth Feeding: The paper rolls/stacks are consistently sized and wound/cut, which ensures smooth feeding through my thermal printer without jams or misalignments. This saves time and frustration. * Durable Finish: The paper has a decent weight and a smooth finish that feels reasonably durable and resistant to smudging or tearing during handling. Things to consider: * Paper Thickness: While generally good, the thickness might not be as substantial as some premium options. However, it's perfectly adequate for standard shipping needs. * Adhesive Strength: While the adhesion is generally good, for very demanding applications or unusual surfaces, you might need a stronger adhesive. * Packaging: The packaging is simple, adequate, well-protected. While functional, it's not the most premium presentation. Overall: The 4x6 Thermal Printer Paper is a solid and dependable choice for anyone needing to print shipping labels or similar sized thermal documents. It offers good print quality, reliable adhesion, and a decent quantity at a reasonable price. While it might not have all the bells and whistles of more expensive options, it performs its core function effectively and efficiently. I would definitely recommend giving this paper a try. Rating: 5 out of 5 stars.

They work as expected. I have printed about 100 labels so far without issue. They also still well to shipping mailers.

Great customer service. Poor labels.
REVIEW UPDATE: Great customer service. Poor labels. ORIGINAL REVIEW: Save yourself the hassle and avoid these thermal labels. You may think they are OK, but the quality is shockingly bad. The core function of a shipping label is to stick to a package and stay there. These fail at that completely. I left a box with the shipping label in my garage, and to my amazement, the labels were literally curling off the box by themselves without anyone even touching them. The weather was not too hot or too cold. Box was dry. The paper is flimsy and thin, and the adhesive is practically does not survive time. There is no way these would survive the rigors of shipping; they'd fall off before even making it to the carrier. It's clear this product does not meet the most basic requirements for durability or reliability. I've wasted my money and now have an entire roll I can't trust for any purpose. I am extremely disappointed and will be looking for a different brand that actually understands what "adhesive" means.
