I can see you clearly now... (even if you are 500 feet away.)
This has a nice sturdy build, that feels good in my hand. I had gotten one of these from a different seller years ago that was no where near the size ior quality of this monocular. Also this one came with a phone mount as well a a tripod mount that is adjustable and a cleaning cloth for the lens. Great for watching and even recording nature (using your cell phone.) Bird watching, sports, concerts...pretty much convenient for all types of things, you want to get up close to.😍 Without being detected. Covert mission in your future? Take this along to scope out the situation. Attach it to your phone to record live evidence of that cheating spouse. The possibilities are endless. Go on, you know you want one...oh it also has a bag to keep it safe. What more could you want one for.Reviewed byMichael James FoxBeavercreek, Ohio

Little kid toy build quality BUT....
For the price of $15, this monocular delivers actually quite decent image quality. What it lacks or is exactly priced at is the build quality - which is extremely low. When you first pick up this monocular, you think it’s some toy. It’s around 12oz in weight and the surface material at first seems to be some cheap low quality plastic. You can spot the injection molding issues all around this monocular. The lens is clear and again upon visual inspection seems to be real glass but that’s about all the good praises for build quality. The image quality is decent, however. You’d never expect something at $15 be clear but it is! You can see some of my examples taken. The included tripod and phone mount are all useless plastics. Just get a good tripod and a good telescope lens mount. I did in order to take some of the example photos. There is chromatic aberrations present but you can software correct that and you’d be hard pressed to let it bother you via looking thru the lens itself. It’s green color CA that is present. The lens is indeed 55mm, but 12x optical you’re gonna need a steady hand to view it stabilized or with use of a tripod.Due to the build quality, I would not use this in the rain (for I have not even tried) - I do not think it will survive in rain based on the build quality I’ve seen so far. The eye relief is real poor. You’re gonna need to jab this eyecup right up against your eye socket to view properly. What is a benefit to being so light weight is that you can steadily hold this for longer periods of time vs a heavier build monocular. But again, this thing feels like a really cheap toy - the image quality does look good, however. With the poor eye-relief, sloppy build quality but excellent entry price point, this thing does work and work good it does! I will give it a 2-star for build, 1-star for eye relief, but overall a 4-star for being such a decent monocular for the entry price of $15 (at time of writing this review). If you need something to toss around and/or give the kids to use, this one is it!

Good purchase
Bought to replace a monocular that was difficult to focus. This is much better and easier for me to use.
