I'm on my second bottle. I'm taking my vitamins very serious. It is very important to have the Vit. D levels in the right range. I had some serious health problems for not taking Vitamin D daily. I was moody, depressed and my anxiety with so high..no more! This is a real review, not paid. Take your Vitamins!!!
