My cats loved the lizard catnip toys. The were a fun purchase. Just not durable in a home with multiple pets they get destroyed fast. I would buy again my cats had fun but they got tore apart.

Sometimes I fall head over heels for a cat toy and when I present it to the cat, he couldn't care less about it. Such was the case with these beautiful lizards. Our little guy was born and raised in Australia and enjoyed catching and eating geckos on a regular basis. I squealed with delight when I saw these and blindly ignored the price because I was convinced that these would bring joy. When they arrived, I carefully selected the green lizard with brown stripes and wiggled it for the cat to play with. He came over, sniffed it, and walked away.In all fairness, he's not big on catnip so if these have a strong catnip scent, that might have been a turnoff for Mr. Lizardbreath.My take on them is that they appear well made and moderately durable. The bright colors and captivating.C'est la vie - perhaps he'll find them more interesting next month.

I've had these for well over a year now and my cats all love them. They love just lying down next to them which makes for cute photo opportunities, but they also love bunny-kicking them, running around with them, and batting them around. I don't remember them having a catnip scent, I don't even think I knew they were supposed to if they are. But that doesn't matter to me or my cats. Some cats might not play without catnip but many still do, so you know your own cats. I usually like them without catnip anyways so they don't make them extra crazy, some toys have so much they tear them apart. If you really want or need a catnip scent, maybe spray some on our sprinkle some on.Only one cone has JUST barely split a tiny bit at the seam after lots of rough use. And it's still fine. I would definitely buy these again if needed. They're really cute and a great size (pretty much the same size as an actual ice cream cone).

It was larger than expected and not as floppy as I had hoped the legs and tail might be. My cat was not interested.

Warning: you are not going to get what's in this photo these lizards arrived and they're like the size of my forearm. They are not small for cat toys at all. They're like a size for a very large dog.

Fabric is not right for a cat toy. Cats immediately destroyed and ate part of it. Threw the rest away.

Durable. The catnip is a plus. My large group of frolicking felines live indoors. I am constantly on the watch for new diversions and play items. My concern is always for safety. When I received these, I tugged and pulled on legs and tail to make sure the lizard could be worked over without losing a body part. Nothing came apart, and after 3 weeks of cat use by my tribe, no damage is showing yet. The dangling tail and legs are a popular feature!
