I needed this case to store and carry my SSD portable drives. I wound up buying a second case. Decent quality. I would recommend.

I would give 10 stars if there were but I was pleased with the item Last time I errored and bought the one for T5 and this time, thank God it matched perfectly with my T7. The space for saving the disk is protective and fit and there is another space for saving the cable.

Great cases, I have bought several and will continue to do so. The rugged version of Samsung work but you need to bend the ssd bed to your will and force it in and once you do that it works fine.

UPDATE: They removed the word "shield" from the item description which is great. I can confirm if you remove the rubber from the T7 Shield, it actually fits perfectly. They are a little taller than the T7 which actually makes them a bit easier to take out. Bumping up from 2 stars to 4 for removing the word shield from the description, it works as designed. Now I'd love to see one made for the shield specifically! Original Review: I've been using these Hermit Shells for years and love them with the Samsung T5's and T7's. I was super excited to see one "made for the T7 Shield" and this my friends is not it. I threw a T7 in to show how they are supposed to fit, snug and flat, Would love if they could make this just a tiny bit bigger to fit the shield as advertised.

Been a Dj for decades. I use a Samsung T7 SSD drive and I have many. All that matters here though is if you use a Samsung T7 SSD drive. Case is well built, quality good. The SSD fits into tray very snug and locks great. Strap over SSD is a added good. Only issue I had was price. Being China made, cost a penny and up that price is all. I rolled the dice for quality though and got it. Matter of fact I got 2. Hard clam shell case yes. Two zipper close case one zipper craps. Comes with a plastic top hook zipped into the case so you can hang it. Great case.

Product is sturdy, durable and useful but T7 Shield doesn’t fit completely. I’m keeping & using anyway.

Really well designed carry case for my portable disks. They fit snuggly in their bays so well that the elastic ‘strap’ isn’t really required but it is a ‘feel good’ additional safety. The pocket in the other half of the shell is ideal for cables and other portable disks. Personally, I have three T7’s in the bays and two T5’s and a 30cm ( only my preference for cable length) in the pocket. Everything I need when I’m away from home in one compact and sturdy case.

Produit parfaitement conforme à la description. Il est simple, pratique et d’une bonne qualité pour le prix. La coque protège bien et fait son travail. À noter qu’en appuyant longtemps avec un petit objet, une légère marque peut apparaître à cause des alvéoles, mais rien de gênant au quotidien. Excellent rapport qualité/prix !

Das Case ist sehr gut verarbeitet und macht keinen billigen Eindruck. Es schützt die darin enthaltenden Festplatten sicher in den passgenauen Fächern. Würde ich wieder kaufen.
