Affordable but good
I love coffee but am by no means an expert. For a coffee loving novice, this is a decent espresso maker with steamer. The functions are pretty easy. Turn the knob one way to brew the espresso. Then turn the knob the other way to steam your dairy. Just be sure to refill the water chamber before beginning to steam. The steamer creates foam even without moving the steaming jug (not included), so be prepared to remove some of the foam before your dairy is hot. All in all, a good purchase.

Worth it once you watch the second video here where the guy shows how to make it perfectly.
I watched so many videos on YouTube to get it done right when I first got it. Tried it all failed. It ended coming out terribly and I thought I droke it or that the frother was broken when I first used it. Turns out for the first time using it if you brew all the water and wait for it to cool down before frothing it, it will not froth but if you add more water after finishing brewing it takes a little time but will start working. Also, if you watch the second video after clicking on the video instructions where you see the guy explaining it better. You will get the best cup of coffee. And he knows how to make it perfectly. I thought it would take me a lot of practice to get it just right but on my second try after watching his video it came out exactly how I wanted. Watch how he only brews half way stops it then uses the rest to steam. If you don't want to add extra water that is the secret to getting a perfect cup of coffee in one try. One more note, never let the frother dry while using it or it will stick the milk to it, within seconds and be hard to clean and get off.

Very hard to use
I sent this back. It never did foam up the milk and it was difficult to use. Too much work and for too lit quality.

Burns the espresso and leaves a bad taste
I have owners one of these before and it’s a decent little value buy. I believe it over heats and burns the coffee a bit leaving a tough taste but it’s small and nice looking in the office kitchen.

Nice presentation
Bought it in black color for my daughter. Looks very nice and has great material quality. Make the expresso really fast and great cappuccino foam
