I bought this specific Boblov because it met a couple criterias: 1) Removable Battery 2) Removeable SD Card 3) Dock 4) Looks like it means business. It was the only model that checked all three of these boxes. I didn't get a larger battery model because I knew the battery that's inside the bodycam will eventually wear out and will need to be replaced. I bought this so I can replace the battery instead of the entire unit. This looks like a police bodycam and can be. It's not Axom but it certainly looks the part.The Removeable SD card is so it should provide increased space and when I go ahead and pop it into the laptop, faster transfer speeds.The dock was important so I can eliminate down time. I can keep a battery charging at all times. I've had to swap out batteries on the fly on the first night and knowing that I can keep working while feeling protected eased my mind considerably.Storage:First, I upgraded the SD card to 512 GB high endurance. With it at 1080 @ 30, it gives me about 101 hours and 40 minutes of recording. the bodycam sees 476.6 GB of usable space. So save some money and buy the model with the less-sized memory card and buy a seperate card. What this means is that if I'm working 16 hours everyday, it'll last me 6 days between the times I need to transfer video out. Each 10 minute video is roughly 760 MB (H.264) and 573 (H.265).Note: I have noticed artifacts and skipping while using H.265 codecs. So I would definitely recommend against using H.265 for anything you might need as evidence. If it's just for funsies.. Well, I wouldn't be using this bodycam if I was looking for a fun way to capture life's moments.Ports:It's got contacts on the bottom for the dock and also USB-C to connect to a computer or power. I'm happy about this as one of the things I hated about some bodycameras of Boblov is that they use older connections - Micro or Mini USB (I can't remember which) but it all means that it's 1 cable and I'll lose it.Settings (Delivery Driver)- 1080 @ 30- Video Length @ 5 Min. (In case there's issues with the footage, a smaller video file that's corrupted is better than 1 large file that's not usable.)- Auto Power Off: Off- Auto Screen Off: 5 Minutes (You can press the power button to turn off the screen)- Backlight: 25%- Infared: Manual (I've had the camera flip on and off constantly, especially during driving. Press the UP arrow once to turn on the IR Mode.)- VIdeo Format: H264- Stealth Off (I want to see the indicators to make sure I'm recording without the hassle of checking the screen)- Correct Time- Stamp On (It includes the date & time, which will help to pinpoint any issues.)- Low Power: Off- Time Zone: Change from GMT -08:00- GPS On (I'll probably turn this off and try to see if it saved on video file space)The Dock is pretty cheaply made but it works. Weird interaction with the body cam, it turns on the bodycam whenever it's inserted into the Dock. So you'll need to turn it off while it's still in the dock.Cons:- Not sure how waterproof this is.- Not sure how it'll deal with heat as the camera got pretty warm.- I would've liked a bit more vertical capture so it capture down and more up at the same time.- The police LEDs are meh. It's neat looking but it's a gimick for me and I wouldn't want to get in trouble for impersonating an officer. I'd much rather have white LEDs for a flash light.- The IR LEDs are very noticible. I know they have to be as these bodycams aren't night vision, but I just don't like the look of them being on.- Audio is a bit lacking. I can hear me but other people are quiet. You must aim the camera at the people talking. You might need to start repeating the person afterwards just so it's heard clearly into the video.For the price, it's definitely worth while a go if you're in need of a body camera.Edit: I'm having issues with the bodycam wanting to format the SD card and I'm not entirely sure why. I've been turning off the bodycam, replacing the battery with a charged one, turning on the camera and it'll ask me to format.

I read a lot of reviews before deciding on this specific device. I have been using it about a month now and love that I can record every outing and appointment at the touch of a button!The buttons arent the greatest in that I have to press it multiple times almost like if I font hit the record button perfectly on the center it wont start recording. So I ALWAYS check to make sure it starts, kind of useless as a covert type use!Also, I gave it a 4 star rate instead of 5 because the batties do last a decent length of time but they take FOREVER to charge! I have to take them out of the device and charge them on the charger that came with it. I have set the device on the charger most of the day and ALL night and it still says it is dead or ‘low battery’ like it didnt charge “at all” so i gave up charging in the device and just use the extra batte And charge the other battery

I just received my BOBLOV B4K2 body camera from the time I unboxed the unit and did the complete set up. I definitely realized that this company supplies the best professional equipment for all types of security needs. The set up is 100% easy the body camera system is easy to operate. The customer service has been 100% excellent.

Fails and corrupts after extended use. I have tried several types, classes, and sizes of compatible memory cards. I do not recommend this as it seems the device likes to randomly crash and destroy the data on the memory card forcing it to be reformatted. From the outside it seems like a great camera, and maybe it is. But the one I got is clearly defective. I can not trust that if I want to use it for any period of time. In fact I have never managed to entirely drain the battery in it because it fails to function at its one and only task. I hope my issues are resolved by the seller, however If your reading this then it still has not been.
