I had similar chairs and after 8-10 years they finallySuccumbed to the elements. SUN EXPOSURE. These chairs I’ll keep in the shade unless using them. Comfortable, sturdy and well made. My only complaint would be they are a little difficult to put together but if you have no problems with your hands (arthritis) it wouldn’t be a problem. This is second time I’ve bought these and would buy again.

I know you are thinking that you have assembled so many difficult things over the years and always managed to complete the job. We’ll do have I. You need 4 very strong hands to hold all the moving parts steady while trying to assemble the legs. Then you need to call in Hercules and his entire crew to install that back brace. This is ridiculous. Assembly should never have to be this hard. I would prefer you charge me more for each chair and send it assembled than give me a discount and leave me with an impossible job. Very disappointed. I am going to need to pay someone to assemble this. And YES!! I left all the screws very loose as instructed. Still impossible to get that back brace on. The fabric simply will not stretch enough.

The chairs are surprisingly light weight which I at first associated with being cheaply made. I quickly learned that the light weight is just what an elderly person like me needs for moving around deck furniture. Assembling the 4 chairs was rather intuitive following the simple instructions and became progressively easier after my first of four chairs. The feature of this purchase I highlight the most is the customer service. Best experience ever. Can’t praise them enough. My order was missing a couple of small pieces and I managed to damage a couple of bolts on my own. My inquiry to customer service was responded to immediately. Replacements were made without question, and the parts arrived super promptly. They even doubled my requested parts to insure customer satisfaction. What more could I ask for?

Ordered two sets of 4 chairs each. On set was missing the legs for two of the chairs. Quality of the chairs was unsatisfactory for the price. Assembly took too long and was somewhat difficult because of the cheap wrench provided. Chair leg holes were counter sunk on outside for screws, but the counter sink on the opposite side was on the inside of chair, not the outside.After assembling the 6 chairs the I has legs for, 2 chairs were wobbly as leg bottoms were no flush to the ground. Lastly, the slings were not mounted to their frame evenly on 4 of the 8 chairs.

Chairs were difficult to put together at first, until i figured out to put the chair sling spreader in place before bolting the sling into the frame. After that, it went smoothly. Chairs are reasonably well made and sturdy, good for the money. They are not correctly represented on the site though: no stainless steel in these, it's all carbon steel, magnets stick to them like glue.

The media could not be loaded.  First of all, I was so impressed with the quality of these for the price!! I’ve been looking for patio chairs for ages but haven’t found something I was convinced would last. I took a chance on these and oh am I glad I did!! The box came with all parts (including a few extras just in case, which was handy) and it only took me about 20 mins to assemble them both. I’m usually terrible at furniture assembly but these were very easy with clear directions. It helped that every part was clearly labeled, too. Once complete, I put these out on my patio and just love how they complement my table. Now I just need a coffee and a few plants in my planters and my backyard oasis will be complete!

The holes where drilled on the wrong side of the chairs or 3 of the 4 chairs, making it impossible to put together. Was able to put the one together. Now trying to return them and they want me to pay for shipping. DO NOT BUY THESE CHAIRS!

The media could not be loaded.  I am very impressed by these chairs. The color is just as described. The chairs are very sturdy and comfortable. The size is adequate as I’m not a small girl. They were very easy to assemble and everything I needed was included in the box. It took me less than an hour from opening the box to the finished product! And let’s talk about the best part, the cost. Wow!! I would highly recommend this product!!!

The media could not be loaded.  Muy buenas sillas. El ensamblado no es tan difícil. El primer pedido me llegó con las tuercas de ensamblado al revés , pero de inmediato me las cambiaron y enviaron un producto nuevo y ya en buen estado. Las recomiendo ampliamente. Muy cómodas.
