Caledon Farms Beef Sprinkles Dog Food Topper - 120g (1 Pack)

Big fan of Caledon Farms products. Not too sure about this one. My dog will eat dry kibbles, here and there, I get lazy and don't feel like being a dog chef. I have used the salmon oil in the past and that was a hit, but wow its pricey. So I got this, did 4 shakes over about 3/4 cup of dry kibbles. Dog liked it, but about 15 mins later, he was restless and sitting by the front door to go out. I let him out and he wanted to eat grass, we know what that means, upset stomach! He's laying down now, but I am afraid he's going to barf soon. Not too sure I can return an open container! My dog doesn't have a weak stomach either, so this is a bit of a shock to me. He just went back to the front door as I typed this. Personally, get the salmon oil, and avoid this stuff!!

My dog is pretty lean and was not interested in eating her food every day. I’ve tried a multitude of different things, but from the first time I added this to her food, there’s no going back. Instead of my begging my dog to eat, she’s the one doing the begging now. I started with putting a layer on top of her food, shaking the bowl, mixing it in and then another thin layer. Over the last 6 months or so, all I need to do is sprinkle a thin layer on top now and she is still fully immersed in the taste. Very effective and the quality of it is really great. Highly recommend for anyone that is going through some struggles with getting their dog to eat. I realize that’s a rarity, but I can’t imagine I’m the only one. Hope this helps!

My dog can sometimes ignore his food. I looked for a solution and found these pork flavored toppings. Now he eats his food without my having to beg him. 😀

I got these in hopes it would help my picky dog open his pallet, unfortunately it did not help. It may not be worth the try if you have a very picky dog, apparently it’s not enticing enough. 😅

These used to be great. We used them for months and had a subscription to them, but something changed and now any time we give them to either of our dogs, they get sick. We’ve had to throw them all away.

im giving this 3 stars because the seal under the lid was very poor half on and half off. i would not eat something with this type of seal so my dogs dont either. it may be a good product but i cant say because i did not feed it to my dogs. custumer service gave a refund so that was a positive.

Great to use as a topper and I love that it comes in a little container that allows you to sprinkle it directly onto the kibble.

Our dogs love this as a topper. Bonus that it's easy to sprinkle it directly from the container.

My dogs are fussy eaters and they love all flavors of this product.

I have a golden retriever farm dog who is 1/4 Pyrenees and is so aloof about food that if you don't remember to feed her, she won't tell you. She will leave her food uneaten all day sometimes. No concerns with the vet, so I just let her do her thing as long as she's maintaining her health and happiness. These made her get excited for dinner again. She still won't move even if the bowl is ready on the floor. It needs to be dusted first and then she'll come. It'll take her 10 minutes to finish it, but she'll eat it. I bought all the flavors and gifted a bunch to all my dog owner friends and family. Treat your pets, picky or otherwise.

The dogs think their food is gourmet now! A nice addition to their kibble after I add their turmeric golden paste and warm water. A sprinkle on top and they dive right in.
