Probably the best quality brand I've bought so far. Been a huge help with all the hormonal changes happening. Pill easy to swallow and no after taste. Worth the price in my opinion.

This stuff was very good. Would recommend if you’re looking for something to calm you down relax, unwind. This is probably the way to go might not work for everyone.

Update: Great customer service. Didn't work for me but the company made it right. Worked at first then I ordered another but started getting bad stomach pain after taking. Tried several times and every time this happened. Have an unopened one wish I could return!!!! Don't recommend if sensitive stomach.
