I love this supplement and I've been taking sea buckthorn for almost a year. My hair is really healthy, my nails grow quickly!This is really easy for me to digest and I like that - to me - there's really no fragrance to the capsule.

Mostly got these pills to help with my immune system and its healing properties. It is hard to say if it has helped much. I do work the garden a lot and constantly get small cuts from rose thorn or other small cuts. Currently seems like it is effective in helping with the healing of these small cuts, without having to put additional ailment other than simple washing it with soap and water. Additional I'm not sure if is coincidence or the pills but I have been feeling more energetic after getting up in the morning. For me, this pills are a bit difficult to swallow since they are so 500mg, but these pills have no taste. It is a big bottle with 240 capsules, and Sea Buckthorn has many other benefits, so is a good value for the price. I haven't notice any changes or improvements to my skin health , but maybe is too soon to tell.
