Absolutely delicious!
Lovely sponge, easy to make and good value for money. I bought this along with the Betty Crocker Vanilla Buttercream Style Icing 400g 6-pack . Sponge is light and fluffy, moist and not too sweet (until you add the Buttercream and Jam!)

So easy and quick to whip up, are so delicious and moist, I would recommend using butter to make this extra tasty.

Decent cake mix
Buying these in a 6 is cheaper than the supermarket, and they’re a good standby. The mix is also vegan without adding eggs - I use a bit of soya milk and a drop of vinegar to curdle it as an alternative - and this works perfectly, so you can veganise it.
