Very comfortable on the lower back. I like the range of heat and the choice of times before it turns off. Eases pain. It is also very pretty.

I bought this for my back pain while I was pregnant and loved it so much it earned a spot in my suitcase when I went into labor! Truly gave an upgrade to hospital beds! It's a great size to target your lower back and is really soft. The heat settings are wonderful and I love the timer feature too. It is portable and good quality!

Love the cozy fabric— this is a huge step up from my cheesy drug store heating pad with a thin polyester cover. This heating pad is comfortable and flexible and was a real gift to have around during my hysterectomy recovery! I am taking off one star because the timer only goes up to 2 hrs before it turns off. And the other thing I don’t love about it is that pushing the buttons on the controller causes a very loud clicking sound that would wake my partner up at night when the heating pad had turned itself off and I was turning it back on and getting it to the right settings again. (It resets when it turns off) The lit numbers on the controller are also pretty bright. But functionally it works well!!

I bought this on a whim, and now I use it every night! I'm really am surprised at how much I love this little heating pad! For context, I bought this because I sometimes get a lot of lower back pain that makes it hard to fall asleep. I used to do a bunch of twists in bed, tossing and turning, trying to "stretch" and ease the feeling of tightness, but now I just use this little heating pad, and it instantly melts the tension away and I find myself relaxing and falling asleep quickly.There are a lot of thoughtful details that make this heating pad especially effective:- Softness: The sort of velour plush feel helps hide the feeling of the wires running through. I can lie on this very comfortably without feeling any of the wires digging in, and I can drape this over my stomach or chest and it'll feel like a normal blanket. I almost regret not getting a size up, but I like the portability of this, and how the smaller surface area helps me really target specific areas to decompress.- Easy controls: You can adjust the level of heat and set the timer for 30 min, 60 min, and 90 min.- Long cord: This was an especially thoughtful detail since my cord needs to wrap around the headboard of my bed to an outlet on the wall. Very handy!Highly, highly recommended!

I bought this to have at work and it’s the perfect size. I love how it has multiple settings and a timer. I want to buy another one just to have one at my house!
