Wooden Train Set for Toddlers Battery Operated Action Rescue Trains with 3 Magnetic Motorized Engines and 6 Cars, Compatible with Thomas, Brio, Melissa and Doug

We have four kids and have gone through a few different battery operated trains. These are my kids favorite of all the sets we’ve had. They are great quality and it’s so fun with all the accessories and being rescue vehicles. Our three oldest still play with them weekly and our youngest has just gained an interest in them this last week, which reminded me to post a review. We use both regular AAA batteries as well as rechargeable and they both last a long time. Each train takes only ONE battery when every other set we’ve had takes two so that’s an extra bonus. Our kids range in age from 2-10 and all of them enjoy playing together. We will need another set now that the baby is interested and doesn’t have his own train. If you’re looking for a quality train set, THIS IS IT!

These trains are great! They move by themselves forward and backwards (with battery), they run out of battery quickly however. The engine part is plastic with a plastic driver, the piece that opens to put the driver in falls off easily but snaps back in mostly easily. The train cars that the engine can pull are wooden and cute. We don't use the other road block parts but they are nice. It all comes in a nice wooden case but we don't use the case to store because my toddler cant do that easily- we throw in a box or leave on the train table.

These small trains are colorful and just right for my 5 year old train lover. The assorted track pieces give many lay out choices and the variety of cars creates foundation for his imagination to make up his own stories about where the trains are going and why. He loves tv time, but prefers these trains. Busy for hours. Highly recommended. Excellent value.

My son loves these little trains. They are a nice value for the price! They just arrived today and so far so good. I think the red engine is the strongest and is able to carry more cars as you can see from the video. The blue one derails the most and seems to be the weakest of the 3. We have put them on a variety of tracks including Thomas, Brio and some off brands and they all fit pretty well. I do feel the tracks with deeper ridges are the hardest for these little engines to push along and turn curves with. The biggest downside is the speed as it is pretty slow and the power button can be a bit difficult for toddler hands to maneuver. Overall, it's still a good buy!

Wonderful toy for age 2 and up. Keeps their attention for quite a while. Great eye and hand coordination with little supervision.

I got this wood train for my son, the package came on time but one of the pieces were double, instead number cero I received two number 1. I contacted the vendor and they sent me right away a replacement, came next day. I couldn't be more happier. My son is autistic and loves trains. I needed something to help me with the number recognition and ABC's then this one is working perfect for us.

You can’t unscrew the bottom of these should you have a malfunction. Being a child’s toy you very well may need to pull some debris out of the wheels or put in new batteries. A household screwdriver won’t do it. The cage that opens to seat the driver isn’t child proof. Our red one has broken from use. The red train is making a funny noise and is running slow and I’m sure it’s from child’s play. Our 4 year old daughter plays with this set just about everyday. It’s can’t take a preschooler’s roughness, I suppose. On the positive side, as mentioned, our daughter plays with it almost everyday. She learns how magnética function, she experiments with how many trains a single engine can pull and how it slows with too much weight or speeds down the bridge if it’s not carrying any weight. She’s enjoying it so we are happy with the purchase.

My grandson loves these trains! Very sturdy and they work perfectly on our Thomas the Train tracks.

Beautiful set i didn't realize it was magmatism and my grandson loves it good quality
