Freahap Soap Holder for Shower, Plastic Bathroom Clip ABS Soap Dish Fit Shower Rail Diameter 25mm

I just had a new shower fitted with overhead shower and riser pipe is approx 18mm dia. found it difficult to obtain a soapdish for this size pipe as most clip on are 25mm dia. All smaller sizes seem to be for shower riser pipe that is without water and used just to adjust height of shower and state to remove rail to slide soap dish over.I took a chance on this and to fit I cut a 25mm length off a piece of 20mm plastic conduit or pipe, then cut about 2mm out down length of pipe. Opened up and fitted over my shower riser, i then did same with the 25mm dia piece provided with the soap dish and slid over the piece I made then slid soap dish over as instructed. I needed to put a small piece of tape around pipe at height i needed to make a tight fit then my piece of pipe and then piece that came with dish and all seems perfect at height needed. Had a few showers so far and all seems good. Its a shame that the manufacturer can't provide different size packing piece like i made

Easy to attach and use. Tended to build up scale and soap deposits but turning soap sideways minimised this.

This dish fits on shower rail easily and looks good.

Doesn't grip the pole as well as I would have liked and is fully chromed, not like the picture but then it does not cost a lot.

Good purchase, easily to install

Make sure you're pole has the requisite girth, otherwise the dish won't fit.
