Q: Is this product cruelty free in all aspects and is it imported into China and does it contain Palm Oil?

I've just read following your question that Balance Me doesn't export to mainland China as in China, it is requested by law that all beauty products are tested on animals. This confirms that Balance Me is a cruelty-free company which doesn't test its products on animals. I looked thoroughly at the ingredients list and it doesn't include Palm oil. Furthermore, I found this hand cream to be one of the best ones I've ever tried; rich and moisturising without being greasy.
