This is solid! Yes makes it a bit heavy, but me personally I like that, if your looking to carry in your pocket then I would not suggest it, I carry the phone in a pouch case on my belt, fits perfect! But I never have had a case with this much sturdieness and rigid body, corner protection is fantastic, I chose the stand rather then the credit card holder, still fits in my pouch with either one yes the lanyard slot on the side ia a little annoying while texting ,but there is a benefit with it being there while holding your phone. Again super solid, definitely better then the old otterbox defender I had .

After using my case for two months, I have finally decided to leave a review. I read many of the reviews prior to purchasing this case. As a tradesman, our cell phones go through some serious changes, as anyone would know in the industry. First thing I would like to point out, if you're not in the business of purchasing a case that it's high quality, durable and tough. Then this is not the case for you. I've had so many phone cases in the past for a 58 year old man. That this review would have to be twice as long for me to list them with all the phones I've had through the years. So I don't want to bore you to death. This particular case is not as nearly as large as some of the other tough defender type cases I've had in the past. It is wonderfully balanced between a commuter case and a rough case. Still fits in between my cell phone car carry. For those who disliked the case due to its size. You must make the decision if you need a case that is thin like skin or tough and rough and not too bulky. There are folks in this world that like to fell their phone, so they like thin cases. And then you have others who prefer to have more protection and rubber around the phone. I compliment samsung for the crossbreed case. I no longer have to switch cases from work to commuter cases. I can actually keep this one case on all the time, and it actually comes with a hook loop. Now I can go jogging with the small cell strap around my wrist and not be concerned about dropping it. I hope this review helps you make a decision before you purchase your case.

The edges slope up to about 3mm of protection on the ends, and down to about 2mm of rise in the mid section of the phone (almost no other cases have edge protection like this). At the same time, the rise on the sides is beveled inward, so that the edge is useable. The back is stiff as a board, and the side protection is making great use of cutouts and spacing. It also works perfectly with whitestone dome film. Things that could be better, the attachments come with the device, but they are kind of thick, and I don't use them. Additionally, the connection ring on the back of the case should really be female instead of male in order to keep the case flatter on the back. Finally, there needs to be some risers on the top left and right corners so that when there is nothing attached, the phone can sit flat on its back without rocking. It's not perfect, but it's the best there is for this phone. I think the lack of car accessories like a compatible car mount represents the typical lack of follow-through that samsung is infamous for. There will never be any of the promised accessories, I assure you, and that was predictable from the start given the brand...

I can't buy this rugged gadget case In my country South Korea.So I found Amazon here and purchased.It only took 4 days to my hand since i purchased and the case is super quality and has very nice grab feelings.Also the buttons are really smoothly pushing.Lastly, this case was so expensive when Galaxy S23 series newly came out,but i was really lucky i bought only with $29.95.So i am perfectly satisfied with this case.I personally strongly recommend! I have always gotten the top of the line Otterbox phone cases, which have saved numbers of my phones when i dropped them, (and once even drove off with my phone on the roof, where it fell off at 30 mph with no damage!) However, I saw this one was made by Samsung so I thought that would be a even better plan. Wouldn't they do their best to come up with the very best case ever? Sorry. Not so much. This thing is hard and heavy, it has a slot at the bottom in which you're supposed to attach a loop with which to carry it… which did not come in the case, by the way. My otterbox had two parts, a soft rubbery part and a hard plastic part which made it much more comfortable and lightweight.Then, on the back, the reason I bought it was the credit card holder. I have stuck the rubber holders on my old cases and loved the convenience of taking my phone, my ID, my credit card, and my car and medical insurance cards with me. Much nicer than having to carry a big purse to doctor appointments, etc. When I figured out how to attach it, I realized that, although the thing sticks out from the phone a good 1/4-1/2 inch from the back of the case, it says it is only designed to carry up to 2 cards! What's all that space for? I tried to add my 3 plastic cards and one paper, but almost couldn't get them out!!Then comes the second attachment...the phone stand. I thought that would make it perfect. However, I soon discovered you can only use one attachment at a time, so unless you want to add another heavy object to your purse (sorry men, i guess you would have to carry it in your pocket!) you can only use one at a time. Unfortunately, in my case, I used the card case for a while, then switched them out and lost the card holder...not that it was such a loss. I had to carry my wallet wherever I went along with my phone, so why bother with it?!Samsung, I've been buying your phones for years, but your case is a nightmare. It made my phone not fit in my car holder, I have to purchase a strap if I want to use that huge lump on the bottom of the case (none of my purse straps would fit thru the deep gap or else they were too big)I guess since I lost the pretend card holder, I'll just have to eat the cost and buy an Otterbox when I can. Samsung, get with it. Have some REAL people use your next design before releasing it. As for buyers, save your money and invest in the best otterbox. I've used them for years and never even cracked a screen!PS...Sorry. I would attach pictures, but I can't take a pic of my phone with my phone. Hope I explained it well enough.

This case is BULKY AS HELL , but it's rugged and the wallet case is awesome . Fits super snug and protects 100% of the phone . Again , super bulky and heavy but manly !
