Very nice toliet

Toilet lid came broken and not as pictured
I spent significant time searching for a black toilet to match our black bathroom. This model checked off my requirements in style, color, function and price point. It flushes nicely and is quieter than the eco flush toilet it replaced. However the toilet did not come with an installation manual and the toilet lid is not as pictured. Not only did it come with a long crack in the lid as seen in the pic, it has a dull, matte, unfinished look. You can see that it is missing a glossy pro finish to match the toilet bowl. Not what I expected when paying a premium price for this specific color. There is no ability to get in touch with the seller to ask for lid replacement. I would change my review to five stars if seller would send replacement.

very bad flushing water flow design
The flushing Function is VERY BAD due to a design FLAW (as per our two plumbers).WE ARE VERY UPSET AND DISSAPOINTED.THIS IS NOT A 99 DOLLARS TOILET, IT IS CUTE.BUT STILL NEEDS TO BE WORKING PROPERLY.DO NOT NOT NOT PURCHASE THIS TOILET.
