Great conditioning tool for Rec Gymnastics
We use these in our gym for kids that are on restricted movement for a injury. If they can't do a station because of the injury, they pick a card to do. It has been a great way to keep them working in the gym and learning skills they can do with a fun conditioning tool.

Got this for my niece who is in gymnastics as a way to practice at home. She loves it. She draws a card and performs what it says. Has helped her with correcting some of her moves.

A good purchase
Super cute- we opted for this other than the larger packet (was a little over my price point). It’s pretty basic but good stuff to do in the basement or backyard. I think the kiddo expected challenges, but I was impressed with the mix of stretches and low risk skills.

Brought for a present and opened package to see damaged box, dices looseoutside the box luckily still there. Looks like box wasn't sealed so this has caused lid to lift and now creased and crumbled. Unsure if I reordered if the same would happen. No idea what the actual item is like as didn't want to take them out. Disappointing could of easily be avoided if there was tape on lid to keep it intact.
