Made my hair stop itching.
When I started using this my scalp stopped itching, my hair started growing and not falling out. It last 2/3 months depending how often you shower. Easy to install in the shower head. Doesn’t have a chemical smell. Works great.

Convenient shower head replacement filters
I like the convenience of being able to buy two shower head replacement filters in one package. It not only cuts back on packaging and deliveries, it’s nice to know a replacement filter is in a nearby cabinet. I can tell when it’s time to replace the filter because an orange sediment line begins to appear at the bottom of my fabric shower liner. Before purchasing the shower head and filters, I was washing the liner very frequently. It was gross to think that was coming from my shower head and onto my body and into my hair. Not anymore! I’ll always be a repeat buyer of this replacement filter!

Do they work?
We have extremely hard water in my locale. I bought the shower head with these cartridges to try and reduce the amount of scrubbing I need to do on my glass shower doors. Not sure if these really help all that much... but coupled with a daily squeegee of the glass after my shower, the doors aren't horrible looking... so perhaps they work?
