I bought this for my wife as she is a Nightmare Before Christmas fan and it didn't disappoint. She's loves it and it looks great on the wall.

All good works fine and easy to put up. Well packaged so was pleased as cost a bit of dollar!! So no damage so well happy. Would buy again from this company.

had this for 12 months , conversation piece , love it downside the cuckoo aa batteries need replacing evrey 4 to 6 months suggest alkaline duracell batteries or gp industrial batteries for longest life

It seems like the genuine article, Had an issue on delivery with the back ghost not being stuck on well, and the internals make me feel sick when i looked at its quality, keeps the time okay, Usually a minute out, Also gl reading those clock hands You need a degree to know what time a curved clock hand is on, The coocoo is just the "This is halloween" First 5 seconds of the song shame as id hoped per hour that song would increase in length but no just 5 seconds, Shame about the ghost not being stuck on well enough, Its easy to set up, But you do worry about breaking it, as the internals are semi cheap plastics, that you could snap if your not careful, and the clock itself refused to take a aa battery with out ALOT of coaxing, even though it asked for one, and the nob and switch are good, nob is for volume control of the coocoo and the seitch is for || = Lights only O = off | =Coocoo working (Weird set up i know) Update, they kindly sent me a replacement, as i think even they got suprised at what i got, it was possibly a delivery error .

2nd clock bought from Bradford exchange. Well packaged and delivered on time. Fantastic detail on clock and really good quality. Are expensive but well worth it. Last clock was flying scotsman cuckoo clock. Looks brand new even after 2 years. Sound is wonderful. This clock even lights up and plays nightmare before Christmas.

Love the clock lot of detail in the clock. Love how you can use as a night light too. Presentation for the price was not very good came in cardboard box wrapped in polystyrene. Would of thought for the price would of been packaged better.

Clock came broken and then the nightmare started. Got an approval for a return and took it to the evri drop off point and luckily I kept the receipt. I went on to track the parcel and thankfully took screen shots. It's said delivered over a week ago and got nothing from Bradford exchange about receiving it, sorting my refund.. nothing. Went on to their main website because amazon requested I try them directly and had to go to the chat. That chat said I had to go to amazon, so back to amazon I went. Navigated through the bot so he could message Bradford exchange only for them to ask for proof I had sent it although amazon said it had been delivered to them. I really don't know if I would get my refund if I hadn't screen shot the delivery and kept the receipt or not. I'm currently still waiting for a refund and seem to be passed back and forth.
