Sturdy and Cuts Clean
It punch’s clean through card stock, I can even punch multiple pieces of card stock at once. Works as desired.

Works well
This works well for its intended purpose though I’m not sure how long it will last given the material it’s made of seems like it might deform or break eventually - the cutting block is nice and sharp steel, but the housing for it feels like it’s made of cheap cast metal. Not that it affects the function; I just feel like it wouldn’t fare well being dropped on a hard surface and I don’t feel like testing that out myself.

The only thing I’d change is the depth / reach for punching. You also can only punch one at a time. Meaning not a lot of width to allow more than one card, maybe 2 sheets.

Sending back won’t work
Won’t even cut the thin plastic bag.

Works but punches crooked.
Unfortunately the holes punch crooked when lined up with the backing of the punch. It's not unusable, just kind of annoying. Then again, it was under $20, so... fair game I suppose.
