I’ve had an ice cream maker similar to this for many years and it cracked so needed a new one. This one is better as you don’t freeze the whole thing just the inner.

Bought it & was keen to use it, I couldn't wait for the results however I followed the recipes to the t but it didn't work, tried it several times spent a lot on fruit and cream but was very disappointed, I then tried the sorbet and followed the recipe exactly but no joy, I put the inner in the freezer for well above the stated time but still no luck. I would have sent it pack but I'd got rid of the packaging. Please don't waste your money.

I bought this to make ice cream not realising until it came that you've to actually make the ice cream yourself and all you use this for is to give it a mix. Well I can also mix it myself as I may aswell ive done everything else. Total waste of time and money and false advertising calling it an ice cream make. You can buy cheap mixers that do the same thing. Not at all recommended.

Sorry this isn't actually a review but I need some help. My wee girl has the Artech IceCream Maker and loves it but we've misplaced the recipe sheets and I was wondering if anyone could help with what is needed for vanilla icecream. Thanks

I followed the instructions, I bought the mix also, but I don't know why it did nothing just milk mix not Ice-cream. I'd like to know how other buyers got Ice-cream
