These fiber gummies taste great and are a little treat during the day. They remind me of gum drop candy and are easy to chew and swallow. I do find that shortly after consuming them, my belly does start to make noises and move things through. They can cause a gassy tummy, so if you are sensitive, you might only be able to tolerate one gummy instead of the recommended 2 daily (or take them at separate times of the day). These, combined with a Magnesium Citrate gelcap, have completely regulated my body like I've never experienced before. It is a bit weird writing a review about something like this, but these have been so helpful that I am hoping my share will assist others in making a decision for themselves.

Delicious. Plenty of fiber to pass things along. But can be tough on the family. Prepare to rip some big, stinky ones for the first few weeks. I've used other fiber gummies with no gas troubles, but they've usually been the hard rubbery gummies that threaten to pull the fillings out of your teeth. These Amazon goodies are soft and like candy, at least when going in. By the time they go out the other end, you may be wondering what's in them to have caused such an odiferous cloud!

Wow! I have tried so many products to "help" move things along but this did NOT disappoint. These Fiber gummies were a recommendation from of all people... my podiatrist and once again SHE WAS RIGHT I just LOVE the flavors but I followed her lead at least on the first dose and took 4 last night. Sure enough this morning at 8 am I was feeling better. For anyone on the GLP 1s you suffer with regularity but this DID TRICK!

Edible but have the texture of biting into slightly hardened children's makeup...I would go with a different brand if textures bother you
