Great for sensitive skin
This cleansing oil is excellent for sensitive and dry skin. It gently cleanses without stripping moisture, leaving my skin feeling soft, calm, and hydrated even after showering. The texture is lightweight and foams slightly, making it easy to rinse without any greasy residue. I really appreciate that it’s fragrance-free, soap-free, and formulated with niacinamide it doesn’t irritate my skin at all. It works well for both face and body, and the 24-hour hydration claim feels accurate. A great option for anyone dealing with dryness, eczema-prone, or sensitive skin.

Everyday go-to
I LOVE this face wash for daily use. This is very gentle but cleansing. I have even used it after my laser/peel treatments because it is so gentle on my skin. It is not the most intense makeup remover (I use an oil based product for the legit cleaning), but it is a great solid cleanser. It does not dry out my skin, but I have combination skin as well. But I don't find it to have moisturizing properties either. Which again, makes it a consistent neutral go-to cleanser. My tween uses it as well.

Gentle, effective cleanser
Wow! This is an amazing cleanser that I use when my skin is very sensitive from peels or retinol. Gentle, takes off makeup and leaves my skin feeling clean, not stripped. Good size bottle lasts a long time. I don't notice any real scent at all. I also use expensive dermoligica special cleanser and this LRP Lipikar is far more economical.

Hydrating cleanser
Loved this facial cleansing. I use it along with Toleriane Hydrating La Roche-Posay as a double cleanser. My face is always hydrated. It’s unscented and gentle on the skin.

Soft cleanser great for morning use!
Great morning cleanser that makes my skin feel very soft. The thickness of the oil foams very quickly and leaves my skin feeling very refreshed. Easy to use and a very enjoyable scent. It also moisturizes my skin. Like other LaRoche Posay products, the size and value makes this product worth it.

Gentle Daily Body Wash That Helps Keep Dry Skin and Eczema in Check
I use this as my daily body wash, and it’s become one of those products I don’t really want to be without. My skin tends to get dry, especially in colder months, and I’m also prone to eczema flare-ups. This cleanser feels noticeably more gentle than regular soaps or gels and has helped keep those breakouts under better control. The texture is a light cleansing oil that turns slightly milky with water. It feels great on the skin and rinses clean without leaving that tight, stripped feeling. After showering, my skin still feels comfortable instead of desperate for lotion. How I Use It Daily shower cleanser for body (and occasionally face) I follow with a body oil or lotion I keep the house humidity at a decent level to really support my skin health What I Like Helps keep my skin from getting too dry Great for keeping eczema breakouts under control No strong fragrance or irritation Rinses clean without greasy residue Works well year-round, especially in winter Things to Know Doesn’t foam like typical soap, which is normal for this type of cleanser Best results when paired with a moisturizer after showering Bottom Line: This has become a vital part of my skin health routine. It’s simple, gentle, and actually helps maintain moisture instead of stripping it away like most body washes, which has made a noticeable difference with my eczema-prone skin.

Very good cleanser that neither breaks me out or dries my skin
I've tried many oil cleansers and this is the one I'll stick with. I have seasonal combination dry skin (dry all over in the winter, normal with dry T-zone in spring and summer). I've used Bioderma shower oil (the huge bottle, not the biosensi one which I heard was a good one but haven't tried it), Purito oil cleanser, manyo original oil cleanser, all types of Banila Co cleansing balms, Anua oil cleanser, and in the past 2 weeks, this La Roche Posay (LRP) oil cleanser. It's the only cleanser that neither dries out my skin nor breaks me out. Here's a crash course on oil cleansers: there are oil based oil cleansers and there are water-based oil cleansers. Sounds confusing, I know. When you read the ingredient list, if the first ingredient is water, it is a water-based oil cleanser, otherwise, it's an oil-based oil cleanser. Both types work by dissolving the grime and makeup on your face with an oil or lipid, then emulsifying that gross oil with water to make it rinse off clean and not leave your face greasy. The oil-based oil cleansers have to be applied on dry face with dry hands, then emulsified by adding a bit of water, then rinsed off. The water-based oil cleansers can be applied on wet face since they contain water already, and they tend to foam up (emulsify) very easily. Among the cleansers I've used, manyo, Purito, Banila Co, and Anua were oil-based oil cleansers. They are excellent at removing makeup and exfoliating dead skin. They tend to break me out though, despite me emulsifying them very thoroughly and double cleanse with a facial soap afterwards. Bioderma and LRP are water based and they don't exfoliate so well, but they also don't break me out. They do a decent job at cleansing my face. I don't wear makeup except lipstick and they can take care of that easily. I do wear sunscreen, but that's not something I can be sure whether they can remove completely or not. Bioderma is cheap but leaves my skin a bit dry. LRP is cheap, just not as cheap as Bioderma, and does not dry out my skin at all. TL:DR: If you have very dry skin that's not prone to breakout, and/or you wear heavy makeup, and/or you want an excellent exfoliator, use an oil-based oil cleanser (manyo, Anua, Banila Co...) Make sure you start with dry face, dry hands, massage thoroughly before adding a bit of water to emulsify, then then rinse off. Your face should not feel oily afterwards, but if it does, try double cleanse with a foaming cleanser afterwards. If you have dry-ish skin that's prone to breakouts, try a water-based oil cleanser (LRP, Bioderma, Cerave...). With these you can actually double cleanse with the same cleanser, in case it doesn't take all of your makeup off in one go.

Perfect for dry skin, No pulling!
This cleansing oil transforms into a soft foam that gently removes dirt and oils without stripping moisture, perfect for dry, sensitive skin. My husband has very dry skin, and this cleaner has been a game-changer! It rinses clean without tightness or irritation, making it a mild yet effective daily cleanser that works for both face and body.
