MY NAILS CAN BE HEALTHY AND PRETTY AGAIN
I don't come on here to review things often, but I wanted to come and give a huge shout out to Glamnetic for not just the variety, but the science behind the formulation they have found for salon quality, press on nails.Much like a lot of other folks here, I came looking for durable nails that wouldn't destroy my nails. Cost alone, whatever is in the glue for these nails really does the trick. The other thing that was really important for me was nail health. I have at home kits for gel, dipping powder, and even got one of those nail Dremel tools to try and bring the salon experience home.I ended up finding out the hard way that you're truly eating away at the durability of your natural nail when you're constantly filing down and refiling for new nails.Glamnetic met me in the middle of the road and hit all the important needs of mine. Cost effective, versatile sizing options (and when I've needed to replace a nail it's been SUPER EASY to file another down to the right size!) and again, I was so impressed by how durable a press on nail could be. Yes, sometimes they pop-off, and it's an easy 3 minute fix with one of your "spare" nails from the kit! But also, when your nails are popping off instead of chipping or cracking, your base nail STAYS HEALTHY. So I'd rather have a nail pop off while I'm wrestling with my dogs. Or I'd rather have my nail pop off because I forget to move my hand and have a near miss closing a door on it.The thing is, the fact that I can enjoy a nice fake nail that looks like any other salon quality nail WHILE KEEPING MY NAILS HEALTHY, oh my god. I just loved this option so much. Thanks Glamnetic, for saving me some money and giving me a chance to feel pretty on my own terms. (Ignore my stubby hands and fingers)

Well made, bright color, stays on and has great shape.
I normally get my nails done (dip/powder) once/month but try to take an 8 week break once a year. The problem is when I do not have something on my nails. I tend to chew on the sides and pick up my cuticles, along with giving myself hangovers and other attractive, sexy habits. Using press ons allows me to take them on and off as needed- and I feel like it is not so smothering on my nails - and hopefully a little healthier. I tried this brand for the first time and so far I am impressed. It passed the test of playing ball with my German Shepherd, washing dishes and even washing and scrubbing my hair so far. I did add an extra glue along with the one that came with, which has been my practice with press on nails for sometime. I added the Kiss, maximum strength glue to the glue that with these nails. I got the pink and the brightness pops and is a great accessory for spring. I also like that these are not quite pointed, but still narrowed and rounded without being too long. I chose the shortly length.

“Cosmic” in Squoval Shape
I don’t usually wear true square styles— usually only almond or coffin— so bear with me.The color and quality seem great. Glue is great. Features all the troubles that come along any set of press-on nails, but you already knew that. But the thumbs… *What??*It’s likely only on sets of this shape, and I suspect this may be an older style from Glamnetic, but the thumbs are WAY too proportionally short when compared to the other nails. To be clear, I did not pick any insane sizes. In the order on my left hand, the sizes I chose are as follows:14, 8, 7, 9, 3.Yes, I chose smaller sizes overall, but I chose the smallest thumb size as well. The 14 for my pinky finger is by far my most “extreme” size here, and it does not look disproportionate at all.But the thumbs??? They barely extend past my finger, when at least 1/3rd of the nail extends past my finger in all other sizes. I checked, and it seems they are all approximately the same length, regardless of size, which to ME, makes the thumbs much, MUCH more stumpy. Aesthetically, it’s fine, but for typing, the inconsistency is kind of annoying.Giving it a 4 star because they’re essentially what I expected, pretty, and because I believe the odd length choices could be a fluke or an anomaly. I’ve had plenty of almond-shaped sets from Glamnetic and never felt there was such a disproportionate difference, so this could very well just be how square nails are typically shaped. Who knows!

Instructions to keep nails on for over 2 weeks!
Like all Glamnetic nails, they’re flawless. So many sizes to choose from, nice and thick. You might pay a bit more for these, but as someone who’s done pressons since Covid and has tried all nails from $3 - $20, these are the only ones I go with now. Definitely worth the price since they last for over 2 weeks.Just a few tips to make your nails last longer:Brush acetone on insides of the Glamnetic nails.Push back your cuticles with cuticle oil first. Then wash hands to remove oil. To be sure oil is gone, rub alcohol on nail beds.To apply:Brush Glamnetic nail glue on nail beds. Apply a drop of the included glue on base of fake nail and insert under cuticle at 45° angle. Push nail down so that glue goes up thru tip of nail bed. HOLD FOR 30 SECONDS! If you don’t press down on entire nail, from cuticle, to sides, to nails bed tip, they could lift after a few days.Repeat for each nail, and voila!Oh and pro tip - have a few cotton swabs on hand in case any glue leaks out of sides or end of nail, wipe off to ensure you don’t have excess glue around the nail.Hope this helps!!

Lives up to the hype !!!
Ladies …..I have snubbed my nose at these for a while. I finally decided to try them and …..I LOVE THEM !!! I’m literally shocked at how gorgeous they are ! Sizes for everyone in the package. Play with them a bit to get the right fit. Make sure your cuticles are nice and clean, trim back your nails and you’re ready. Put a thin layer of glue on your nail bed, a thin layer of glue on the nail itself, hold down for a good minute to be safe. When you’re done , wash your hands, use some lotion and you’re all good. Let’s see how these do. Bath day for doggies tomorrow!UPDATE : Passed doggie bath day and doing dishes after company ! Still super happy !!!
