Very simple to set up and use.Bought it for a camp out where there were no open campfires allowed

This grill has lots of features for a table-top grill! I set it up and it fired up on the first click. It put out a lot of heat for grilling. The grill size is perfect for a small family. There's even a warming rack.The legs fold in and it has a handle for easy carrying. It's a very nice grill for the price, too!

I ordered this as a portable camping grill, so my expectations were pretty minimal. My youngest son (12 years old) and I go on a couple overnight camping trips each year with 10-12 of his friends and their dads. One of the trips is an overnight canoe trip, so we have to be judicious on how much gear we bring. This grill is the perfect size for that (I wouldn't try taking it on a true backpack type trip obviously), and the other dads were impressed when I set this grill up.Now, as for how it grills ... well it's not great *but* it's also not even comparable to my Weber gas grill so again, I tempered my expectations. I was able to grill up some brats (I used foil on the grates to avoid too much mess in the bottom since I was not going to be able to clean it right away) and a packet of pre-cut potatoes. This grill uses the little propane cans (I use the green ones and refill them off my 20 lb tanks using an adapter), and I estimate that this grill uses slightly more propane than my 2 burner gas stove that I use for car camping.There's no temperature gauge and the food is right on the fire - but, again, having the luxury of a small grill in my canoe, miles from home with no cell service is a tradeoff. As the headline of my review says - it's a good grill for what it is. I would not recommend this for cooking family meals on my deck, and anyone buying it for that purpose is setting their expectations way too high. I planned to give this a go at a recent football tailgate, but we only have a plastic table to set it on ... I just didn't feel comfortable doing that, and it was too crowded to have the grill on the ground. I'll eventually find a stand for it, and this will become my tailgate grill too.Overall, it's good for the right situation, and I'll definitely get some mileage out of it.

I got this little grill to take with us when I do not want to carry around our big barbecue. I like that it's small and we can just carry it with us to get a quick warm meal but it definitely has some drawbacks. So far we've taken this with us to the beach, a quick camping trip, the park, and to some off-road racing we went to. The top shelf that is used for warming just gets in the way. I would have to say the quality of the grill is mediocre. Overall it's nice to have a small portable grill but at this price I would not get it again.

The gas tank would not screw on properly and the metal is cheap.. I should have known because it is not too expensive however did not functioned and parts were defaulted.

Hubby and I cannot have a big grill where we live so we tried this one. It is very nice. Heats up quickly and is the right size for us. We cook on our outside table but I would also take it camping. It is perfect for 2 people maybe 3. I would recommend.

Pros: convenient little grill that is very portable and easy to use anywhere. It is roomy for a small grill, and the grill bars were easy enough to clean.Cons: I was grilling 3lbs of carne asada and the 14 oz tank went out before the food was done. The heat distribution plate was NOT easy to clean at all. I was never able to get all of the food drippings cleaned off of it. I tried cooking with aluminum foil on the distribution plate, but it stifled the distribution even though I cut the air vent holes. Eventually the distribution plate will be scratched up from cleaning attempts or will have to be replaced.
