Handy tool!
Use it for filling small camping bottles from my bbq tank. Works great and saves me a pile of money on 1lb bottles.

useful tool
I recently purchased this propane refill adapter and overall, I have had a decent experience with it. The adapter allows me to refill 1lb propane tanks from a 20lb tank, though it does require me to invert the 20lb tank during the filling process. While this may be a bit inconvenient, it does an adequate job of transferring the propane smoothly and efficiently. However, it is important to be cautious and follow the instructions carefully to ensure a safe and proper refill. Overall, this refill adapter gets the job done, albeit with a small limitation, and offers a cost-effective solution for refilling smaller propane tanks.

Works Great - Watch A Video For Correct Use
Makes it super easy to refill 1lb tanks. There are a couple of key points to keep in mind to be both effective and safe.1. Flip the 20lb tank upside down when filling. Liquid propane sinks to the bottom of the tank and that’s what you need going into the 1lb.2. After opening the 20lb valve, you’ll hear hissing. Wait for that to stop and then close the 20lb tank valve. It’ll probably take 1-2 mins3. Use a small Allen key or other object to “bleed” the valve on the 1lb tank for a few seconds to make more space to continue filling.4. Repeat step 2.5. Use a kitchen scale to ensure that the total weight of your 1lb tank and correct amount of filled propane is about 39oz. Weigh an empty tank before you start and then add 1lb to that number to get your fill target. This will prevent overfilling. There are a few good YouTube videos out there. Watch for one that discusses the weighing process to be the safest.
