I purchased the PROIRON Waist Trainer with the intention of trying out a sauna-like slimming belt, but it turned out to be more of a lumbar support with some added sweat-inducing features. The product description might be slightly misleading, as it is not quite the traditional slimming or sauna belt as advertised.The belt's firmness is good but very well made, providing sturdy support to the lower back and core. However, its lack of elasticity means it requires a bit of effort to put on, as you need to tuck your tummy in to get a snug fit. As a lumbar belt, it serves its purpose well, helping to alleviate discomfort during light workouts and activities.In terms of the claimed slimming and sauna effect, I found the results to be underwhelming. While it does make you sweat a bit during workouts, it's not on par with the intensity of a dedicated sauna belt. It's important to manage expectations here - if you're looking for a belt that will give you a sauna-like experience, this might not be the ideal choice.Overall, as a lumbar support belt, the PROIRON Waist Trainer is functional and well-constructed. However, if your primary goal is slimming or achieving a sauna-like effect, you might want to explore other options specifically designed for those purposes.
