Q: Does anyone feel theirs is a knock-off/fake? It's sold by a 3rd party instead of Amazon, and it seems the paint chips easily? :(

I'm not sure if it's fake or not but it's horrible quality. It was very disappointing to think you are getting a name brand cup and receive this BS!

Q: It this cup microwave safe??

It says on there you cannot put in microwave.

Q: How long does it keep things hot?

Since I usually drink my coffee within an hour or so, it's hard to tell. However, it has kept my coffee warm for at least 7 hours before. I was surprised because it tasted as hot as when I first made my morning coffee! It keeps a drink cold for more than 14 hours, including barely melted ice!

Q: Is this nicely boxed?

This item does not ship in a branded gift box. But it does come in a white box for safe travel.
