Good phone device. Just can’t using SIM 2 tray.

Dispite some impressessive specifications, the phone just doesn't quite add up to the advertised. The camera is distincly average, especially when compared with the Google Pixel 6. The feel of the phone was cheap - and it turned out to be: Build quality is shocking - within weeks of owning the audio jack failed, and 11 months later the screen cracked whilst in my pocket. No rough handling, never dropped. With the lack of updates (Android 14), and previous experiances with HTC support, I shall not be buying an HTC device again for quite some time. Thank god for Amazon buyer protections!

I initially had issues with attempting the transfer from my previous HTC 11. Therefore I started from scratch with a fresh install. After the subsequent firmware update, everything is working well. It doesn't have the robust quality of the HTC 11 or the sound quality. There are some features and the dual SIM is great. Edit: I've unfortunately had to downgrade my initial review as it doesn't look as though Android 14 will be provided my this model. This will therefore reduce the phones lifespan. After owning HTC's for many years, this will be my last.

Habe das Telefon jetzt seit knapp zwei Monaten und bin sehr zufrieden. Ein paar Mankos hat es aber, zum einen ist der Akku meiner Ansicht nach zu schwach für so ein Telefon und zum anderen ist die Größe halt auch so ein Ding da es in der Tasche schon einiges an Platz einnimmt. Systeme laufen gut und flüssig, laden im Auto funktioniert auch sehr gut, hier ist allerdings am Anfang das Telefon sehr heiß geworden was sich inzwischen aber auch gebessert hat. Apps sind ausreichend vorhanden und die Ausstattung ist auch sehr umfangreich. Bilder sind auch sehr gut und das Display ist echt gut. Was manche hier wegen den Fingerabdruckscanner schreiben kann ich nicht nachvollziehen bei mir funktioniert er bisher problemlos und ich finde auch die Position super denn wenn ich auf die Taste drücke will ich ja eh das Telefon anmachen. Alles in allem ein super Gerät von dem sich teure Anbieter definitiv eine Scheibe abschneiden können. Klar Empfehlung von mir.

Ik heb de telefoon nu een week in gebruik. In eerste instantie gaf hij bij iedere beller "onbekend". Ondanks dat de beller in mijn contactenlijst stond. Google bood uitkomst. Het probleem schijnt vaker bij de HTC U23 voor te komen. Er werd aangegeven dat bij de instellingen VoLTE niet ingeschakeld moest staan. Toen ik dat uitschakeld had was het probleem opgelost. De batterij loopt wat sneller leeg dan bij de voorganger de HTC Desire 21 pro. Mogelijk staat er nog een instelling aan die stroom neemt. Verder is het een mooie telefoon. Hij heeft een heel duidelijk helder beeld en voelt niet heel plastic achtig/goedkoop aan. De prijs van 236 euro vind ik een prima prijs. Een hele dure telefoon is misschien nog wel mooier, maar gebruik ik dat? Ik niet. Dat de telefoon tijdens het werk valt is best een risico. Wel erg zonde als een dure telefoon stuk valt. Nu de telefoon niet zo duur is is de verzekering ook prima te doen. 5 euro (excl diefstal) per maand. Al met al hangt natuurlijk alles af van eigen verwachtingen, maar ik ben heel tevreden. Een mooie telefoon voor een prima prijs. Over 2 jaar zie ik wel weer.

Vi buenas opiniones por aquí así que me animé a comprarlo en lugar de pedirlo en la web de htc. Creo que es una de las mejores compras que he podido hacer. No tiene nada de bloatware, ni rastro de facebook en el sistema (eso para mí es bueno, pero va a gustos). Trae algunas apps que pueden ser mas o menos interesantes pero se pueden desinstalar. Las de google si no se quieren usar, se pueden inhabilitar para que no se ejecuten ni aparezcan. He hecho bastantes pruebas y puedo decir que todo va genial, duración de batería conectividad, ajustes, sistema sin bugs ni cosas raras por ningún lado. Y la interfaz muy limpia. Las cámaras son tremendas. Fotos y videos muy nítidos, sin efectos raros, y la estabilización óptica por sí sola funciona genial. Cuando haces zoom, también entra la estabilización electrónica y se te queda la imagen super estable por mucho que sacudas el teléfono. Lo rápido y fluido que funciona todo sin lags es impresionante. No hagais caso a las reviews que dicen que es muy mejorable o que decepciona, de verdad. Porque funcionalmente supera a muchos teléfonos que teóricamente y sobre el papel son muy superiores. A++++ al vendedor por venderlo precintado, nuevo a estrenar y sin signos de manipulación.
