This hair mist therapy is easy to use. It can be sprayed on either wet or dry hair. I sprayed on my hair after a shower, and it makes my hair look smoother and less frizzy. It doesn't make my hair look greasy or weight it down. The spray has a light scent that smell similar to hair spray, but the smell doesn't linger long. I like that the bottle is clear so I can see how much liquid is left inside. I don't style my hair regularly so I'm not sure how well it does at protecting heat but I really like how soft it makes my hair feels.

I've been struggling with my very damaged hair (perm+hair dye) but this has been helping amazingly. I used to not be able to put my fingers through my hair because it was so tangled from all the damage. After using this product, I can now brush my hair with only minimal tangles at the very end of my hair. Not too strong of a smell, which I like.
