Perfect fit and makes every workout hit harder
This weighted vest is legit. It fits snug without feeling tight, doesn’t bounce around, and the weight is distributed evenly so it doesn’t dig into your shoulders. I’ve used it for walks, bodyweight workouts, and even a few runs, and it stays comfortable the whole time. The straps adjust easily, the material feels durable, and it doesn’t trap heat like some other vests I’ve tried. It adds just the right amount of challenge without feeling bulky or awkward. Honestly, it made my workouts way more effective. If you’re looking for a vest that’s secure, comfortable, and actually feels good to move in — this one’s a winner.

Stinky, but worth the price!
Pristine and well-packaged. Beautiful, bright yellow color will make me very visible on my walks, which is what I was hoping, as I walk on the gravel and paved roads around my rural homestead, and the drivers aren't often very careful. Also, there's the DUST I choke on quite frequently, so bright colors are a must. ;) The vest is heavy and will take some getting used to. It is just the right amount of "difficult" for an "older model" woman trying to be pro-active in building back some muscle mass, core strength, and bone density. It isn't quite 10% of my body weight, but it is enough to be getting on with. It's an odd sensation, making me feel a little top-heavy and wobbly, which I think will be outstanding in re-training my core. My shoulders are held at a much better position when walking with this weight on them, and I found that my hands didn't swell as much. (I've suspected impingement in my shoulders for years.) This is like wearing a heavy backpack, only the weight is much better distributed. It still fired up all the little muscles between my ribs and up and down my back to wear it, and I had to stop and adjust it several times to stop the cramping. But after about a 30 minute walk (much shorter than my usual walk), the cramping stopped and I felt great. I am going to LOVE this thing! I also wore it during a short bout of bodyweight exercises to re-train my hip and hamstring muscles, and let me tell you, they were definitely "shouting" for joy after just five sets of 30 second reps! Boy, do I have my work cut out for me, getting back into any kind of shape. But I'm hopeful that this very functional and practical way to incorporate weights into my life again without having to pay for a gym membership or other expensive equipment will do the trick. Or at least help. And the fact that this beautiful, pristine vest was "used" and still came in the full package without a mark or dent or tear made it a great value for the money. The only thing that is a bit of a downer is the outrageously appalling stench of the thing, and the fact that it is not water-resistant or water-proof. Walking in the rain will be very impractical with this on, as it is too bulky to wear under a rain jacket, and the packaging cautions against getting it wet. Now, that seems kind of silly from a design standpoint, to make an item that is likely to get very sweaty during one's workout not resistant to moisture, to say nothing of what one could get up to while rucking. I love to trail walk. There are often streams or unexpected rainstorms or other things that could potentially get the vest wet, and it would be super nice if the manufacturer would address this design flaw. In order to increase the versatility of the product, it really should be water resistant, at the very least, and downright water proof to make it a banger of a product. The price point is wonderful and makes it accessible to most, but this one flaw might be a deal-breaker and deprive them of a sale, so this really needs to be addressed, in my opinion. :) I will push past the horrific stench, because I have great confidence that this item will be a valuable addition to my arsenal in the fight against age, loss of muscle mass, loss of bone density, and the battle of the meno-belly. It's kind of fun to wear (even if I have to leave the bottom strap so loose it literally does nothing because I don't want The Girls crushed beyond recognition), & a lovely color so I feel less like a Space Marine and more like a woman in the fight of her life to retain some semblance of fitness as she faces the big 6-0 approaching much faster than she is ready for! Cheers!

Love these vests
I decided I wanted a weighted vest and looked at all the options I could find. This one seemed like a good choice, so I got the 10 lb one. Very comfortable and well made. And when a family member came over a few weeks later and saw what I’d bought, he said I picked a really good one - that this one was weighted in just the right way and was a quality item (trust me, when this family member approves, it’s high praise!) I ended up getting a 15 lb one as well. I will say that you need to start slowly with a weighted vest. If you haven’t worn one before, go with a lighter one at first and get used to it. I know there’s a temptation to think you need to start at a high weight, but this is not the time to over exert. The 15 lb was too much, too soon. I found that I was better staying with the 10 a bit longer. But whatever weight you end up with, I think this is a quality item that fits well, adjusts as needed and is something that will do exactly what you’re looking for.

Great weighted vest
I love this weighted vest. I was a little nervous about getting one - thought it would be weird looking and overpower me, but that is not the case. It fits close to the body and the straps are easily adjusted. I got the 15# and I wear it every day on the treadmill. It has a pretty strong chemical smell (I am usually not bothered by the "new item smell") and only after a few weeks does it seem to be dissipating, thus the four stars. One other issue is it does not really have the capacity to add more weight. There is a mesh pocket across the back I think you could add weight to although I don't think that's the purpose. This vest works for a smaller person (I am 5'2" 102#) and challenges me in my daily treadmill walks. It's also great to wear around the house when doing daily tasks. Overall, a great purchase.

Nice vest, doesn’t look ridiculous
I’ve been using this on walks and it works great. I like that it doesn’t look like a bomb vest, it looks pretty normal (maybe slightly like a life jacket in the bright colors though). Mine was used but it’s holding up fine so hopefully it lasts for a while. I haven’t noticed any iron dust coming out but the initial smell was pretty bad, I let it off gas for a couple weeks in my garage. I find it comfortable and easy to get on and off. The only thing I wish it had was adjustable weight, but I think the back pocket could fit a small weight plate

Great weighted vest
This has been the perfect vest so far. The weight is as stated and it’s super durable and comfortable. Easy to put on and off and the size was as stated! I’d def buy again. Not too bulky and makes my walks burn more calories than when I’m not wearing it.

Great weighted vest for beginner or more
The vest quality: Well made. I've been using it for about 3 months now. No tears, rips, or problems of any kind. Weight is well distributed. I would def recommend if you're looking for a weighted vest. The only consideration is if you want a fixed weight or one you adjust the weight on. I went with this one for cost. And I was pretty sure I would not be upping the weight in the future. Turns out I was right. A weighted vest in general: I was hesitant to get one, but eventually decided I needed to after my reps were getting out of control. I don't want to spend all day working out. So I added this weighted vest. It took a few uses to get used to, but less than you might think. I added it to one exercise at a time. Walking. Then squats. Dips. Pushups. I get a lot of use out of it now. It's part of every workout. I'm not a gym guy. But this helps me feel stronger and healthier. I would recommend a weighted vest in general. And I think this one is very good.

Great in many ways.
Before I purchased this item, I saw the reviews reporting a negative chemical smell from several posts, so I was prepared for the smell when the item arrived. When I opened the box, there was a heavy smell lingering that I am thinking is from some part of the treatment, so I let the vest air outside overnight. The smell was completely gone the next morning. There is no smell now at all. A plus to add, the 10lb weight is easy for me to manage, and the size is easily adjustable. A great benefit is that the way the vest sits on my shoulders and upper back instantly corrected the way my shoulders naturally lean forward, so my shoulders feel so good after the use. I have had both shoulders worked on with surgery removing an inch off of both my clavicles two years ago and this vest causes no discomfort, and after five uses has improved the mobility of my rotator cuffs. So happy!
