I'm currently rating this as 5 stars based off of having tested this on a cut slab, and tested with water, beetroot juice and olive oil! After having rollered on the sealant to a very very porous Indian Sandstone it started to dry after a few minutes, as stated I then rolled on a second coating while the 1st was still slightly tacky and then 24 hours later water literally sits on it as you can see! I'm a DIY'er not a professional landscaper but I've done hours of research and this was the suggested product by our stone suppliers, I had by doubt's based of the cost of this product however they were not wrong. This is a premium priced product but I can 100% see and agree why, as a test last night I applied beetroot juice and oil and left over night, this am the beetroot juice wiped off clean with no staining at all, not even a slight shadow!! The oil has left an imprint but this may soak down into the tile so I will give this some time, however so far based off of my initial testing I can certify that this product is flipping incredible stuff. I tested another slab with no nonsense patio sealer £12 a bottle against this and it's not even a slight comparable, so if like us you've spent a fortune on your patio then this is worth every single penny, it's easy to apply and works like magic.

Just follow the clear instructions and it's easy to use. You must get the second coat on before the first dries. I used a brush as my sandstone has a riven finish. I didn't want a gloss finish so this is perfect. Brings out the colours and leaves a satin finish. Hopefully it'll stand up to the English winter but so far so good.

Easy to apply . We did 2 coats in an afternoon. Recommend a long haired roller for speed making sure any excess is mopped up . Brings out the colour of natural sandstone and hopefully will repel the mud and bird poo . Will see how it lasts but happy with this product

I researched every sandstone sealer in the market and settled on this one. This is superb and lived up to my expectations. I applied to riven sandstone pavers using a brush as I wanted to make sure I got a good thorough application - super easy and doesn’t take too long. It dries quickly, so to achieve a second application before it dried only do two rows at a time then apply a second coat to the previous row. It definitely enhances the depth of colour, without leaving a wet or shiny look. It’s completely waterproof and the rain just beads on it. Beware that this may leave puddles depending on the type and slope of your pavers!

Received as stated. Instructions clear but small. Coverage on new sandstone slabs not as suggested, Need more as very thin liquid which soaks in and is really not effective for oil or grass staining unless you use at least 2 coats. Probably best 3.Cannot yet judge effectiveness as had not had heavy traffic or wet period (runoff)

10 out of 10 Could tell it had sealed patio nicely by time your putting 2nd coat on you need 50% less Let’s the colours pop without a high sheen finish. Did in full sun against instructions but just did 2-3 slabs by time you’ve done them first coat is drying so straight onto coat 2…. No fooling about as some have a 4 hour recoat time. Also it says covers 25m2…. Just to clairfy it covers 25m2 with 2 coats so the product covers 50m2 in total … so for my 12.5m2 patio I have half left after doing 2 coats (and 3 in places where birds poo) Couldn’t comment on durability but it’s a patio seal… you can’t expect it to last forever.. few years and go over again if needed (took about 30 min so not exactly time consuming)

After doing lots of research and reading endless reviews I settled on this patio sealer. It was more expensive than some others and I was apprehensive, however the results are amazing! My Indian sandstone patio was laid 8 years ago and we never sealed it, every year I pressure wash it (which does clean it) but I wanted to restore the colour if possible. Absolutely glad I opted for this sealer. Easy to apply (with a soft bristle brush),fast drying and as you can see in the photo restores the natural colour ( no filters used). I applied two coats in quick succession and left for 24 hours before walking on it. Brilliant stuff.
