Picture and description shows to be a nice water Hise reel.It arrived in a very small box and is more like a TOYProbably hold 4 ft of Hise, if thatI asked Amazon why they let such a sham vendor sell on their sight. NO REDPONSE FROM AMAZONI got return label took yo UPS and iOS says return label is not ppd and I would have to pay over $150 to ship it back to CHINA.Buyers bewareAnd SHAME ON AMAZON

This doesn't work with a garden hose. If you look, the pictures and video don't show a hose attached to it. The instructions are just a picture, it is smaller than the picture, and like I said, it is impossible to attach a garden hose to it. I am attempting to return it, but the company hasn't sent a return label to me yet. And now the information includes Chinese lettering....Big time rip off.

Use it for my pressure washer hose and it works well

This item SUCKS!! It is a TOY! Isn't big enough to hold a hose and would probably break apart if you try to use it. Plus when I tried to return it for a refund, I got nothing! Beware of this company. The only reason I gave ones on everything is because I had to pick something.

This has an inlet for irrigation hose not a screw on garden hose. Easy to put together but not useful for my intended application

The product is very small a water hose does not fit. The company sent me a message asking if I can keep it and they will give me 10% back of purchase amount. RIP OFF. Hopefully Amazon removes their company.

This “hose reel” is a dinky, cheap plastic reel from China that will not hold a hose. The reels and bars are 10”. DO NOT BUY! How this reel is depicted in the pictures, should be fraudulent. We are returning.

This item is so cheaply made that it should not even be allowed to be sold anywhere!!! Beware of the return , as it ships to China and is extremely expensive!
