Had the chair for over 6 months now so can give an honest review of the chair and the company.It was delivered on time in two boxes, was really easy to assemble on my own.The quality is first class and the chair is super comfortable with lots of padding and really great cushions.My elderly mother finds it easy enough to operate and helps her raise her legs when sitting and also assists her with standing when getting out of the chair.Have tried the ones in the disabled shops and this one is a fraction of the price but equally as good quality wise.The chair did stop working just over a week ago but the customer service was equally as good, spoke to a lovely lady called Katia, explained the problem and send a video.They diagnosed that the motor had developed a fault and sent out a new one which arrived in 3 days. Easy enough to replace and is now working fine again.Overall would rate the chair 10/10 for comfort, quality and cost.The customer care is also great.Comes with heat control and massage for legs back and shoulders.Thank you guys for a great item and care.

Great chair for the price my grandfather really likes it the only down side was it came in to different delivery a few days apart so had to waite so not fantastic but the chair works well the recliner control is on the right side of the chair not on the remote so the remote controls the heater and other functions. Customers services were very helpful.

The lift chair recliner is value for money with many electrically features such as tilt up and down, massage and heat with control. It fits my living room perfectly and has two cup holders on each side of the armrests. The light colour of light grey very modern and stylish. It is very comfortable to sit on and relax. All you need is an electrical outlet to operate. It was delivered very quickly in two boxes. It was easy to assemble just two parts. I would recommend this product.

This chair is very easy to put together, there is no need for any tools except something to open the boxes and to cut the cable ties holding the wires in place. The chair is comfortable and sturdy. Heating and vibration all work well. With pockets for mobile phone, ipad , magazines or books plus drink holders this is a chair to keep this old git very organised and comfortable. Heartily recommend

I dont normally write reviews, but I must say what a brilliant chair, after weeks of trailing round shops and salesman trying to flog me £2000 chairs 8 week wait, can’t take it upstairs charge for assembly etc etc….. thought I’d go for this chair 20% of the price of others and so easy to assemble delivered a few days later no screws or bolts just clip the sides and back on and plug the wires in. Massage and heat also a bonus… you won’t be disapointed. Top marks

Initial experience is very good, not difficult to put together if your fairly fit. Others might need help if frail. Instructions are easy to read and include pictures. Early days but I've found the chair very comfortable. Handy double cup holders and multiple pockets for remote controls, books and newspapers etc. Included are two usb ports one of which is the newer C type. Side buttons to operate rather than another wired remote to become caught or broken. Haven't used the heat function but the massage setting is not too strong. Motor is very quite when operating reclining and rising. Overall very pleased 😀

I have two of these chairs. They offer a lot for the money and are comfortable.
