Defective (Update)
I liked it, meets most of the criteria I want. it's true the water pressure isn't as high as preferred, but it still works and a ton of water pressure isn't "necessary" to clean the bum.the problem is, now the auto shut off malfunctioned and it will continuously turn off after 2-3 seconds, repeatedly. given that it's an acrobatic type situation to place it correctly, it's quite tedious trying to turn it back on over and over again. I liked the auto shut off feature, but it's not worth this hassleUPDATE: the seller contacted me and offered a full refund outside of the refund window. that's excellent customer service... I will be ordering from them again when I get back to America, now that I know I can trust the brand!

works greart for the money
It charged well and worked weel for what I needed after major shoulder surgery. I'm right handed and couldn't wipe my butt with y left so this was a god send and did the job.

Disappointing pressure.
The unit will not clean you up to satisfactory state, just wet your bum. You will need to finish up or start with TP, plus make sure to bring extra water bottle. For someone who dropped using TP for the marvels of the bidet this unit just falls short. I hoped for the unit to work, if they can just give it more pressure it will be a good product. I'm not sure ifvthe unit I received is defective since there are no specs to go by. Amazon did not approve my return for the low pressure issue. I guess I will have to eat this one.

Works ok
This is a wonderfully designed handheld bidet. Love the silicone tip. It is flexible and helps to get comfortably into the deep crevasse of the butt. Wishthe stream was a bit stronger but it does the job

Great while it lasted
This was convenient and worked fine until I needed to charge it again. It wouldn’t charge and stopped working.

Bought and used last a few months ago and now it's dead
It's fully charged, green light on but it stops spraying at the start and it's dead. Dont know why

Good Product
I like that it shuts off after water is gone, It also cleans a lot off, and the different speeds...It doesn't clean all and wish it had one more higher speed to clean all off...
