These nasal strips stick well and are really effective.

Dilators are literally a fight to put in my nose and fall out during the night. For the tine they are in, they definitely dilate the nostrils. But very poor application and retention made them useless to me. The strips fall off and do nothing for me.

Work great. Don't use on top of makeup they wont stick, use on clean skin and use as its says.

It helped me achieve a snoring free night

I found they do work sometimes only minimising snoring. but the biggest issue for me was they often come un stuck through the night. and yes i dry my nose with a cloth before fitting one.

I don't wake up unable to breath after 3 hrs because im congested anymore. It lasts about 5 hrs if it lasted 7 it would be 5 stars but 5 is still a great improvement for me

Mit Snoreeze bin ich sehr zufrieden. Schnarchen ist weniger geworden bekomme auch besser luft und schlafe ruhiger. Daumen hoch jeder zeit wieder

Das Spray hilft überhaupt nicht, es wurde sogar schlimmer. Auch nach längerer Nutzung keine Änderung, das Geld kann man sich sparen
