Q: Is this is a zipperless bag - i.e. secured by snap lock/combination. The description refers to zippers - does this only mean internal zippers?

Very low-quality product. Is beautiful externally as Rimova but structure is not able to support check in process. In just one trip one of the edges of that suitcase has been deformed big way.

Q: What is the return policy?

as i am resident out of UK, the only way that could work for me was the reimbursement.
