I ran out of my own 10mg chewable gummies bottle and grabbed two or three of these gummies and slept fine. One night I didn't take anything and barely got any sleep. These definately helped out in a bind. I got then for my niece. I imagine if they worked for me then they'd worked for her. My niece is 4 I'm 38 285lbs yes a weight problem I'm aware and yes I know I need to do something about it but ty for your concern.

Full disclosure: I would NOT use this on a daily basis. My daughter is 3.5 and in the awkward “maybe I’ll nap today, maybe I won’t” phase. She has a hard time sleeping if she does nap, so I got this in case of a really rough day. And, while I haven’t used them for that purpose, they’ve been really helpful for traveling and situations where she’s out of her element. Our pediatrician has okayed melatonin in small, infrequent doses, and this fits the bill. Each of the few times I’ve given one of these to my daughter, she’s fallen asleep much faster. She seems to really enjoy the flavor and although these gummies are hard, they’re easy for her to eat. I’d recommend these for short term or occasional use.
