Beurer Magnetic Heating Pad with turboThis was a replacement for my previous Magnetic Heating Pad and having used these pads for many years and found them beneficial for easing pain I can thoroughly recommend them.

Very comforting

Items received in good condition.Working well, but the temperature is lower than expected.

My wife has one of these for years and finds it is very good for soothing her painful neck. It will not cure you of your pain but it does soothe the pain. She thinks it is good value for money. It heats up well and reaches a reasonable temperature. But remember it cannot cure any pain! If it did it would be higher priced!

I bought this for my wife (not from Amazon, we needed it very quickly) to help with severe lower back pain (more than likely a pulled muscle) like the other three reviews here, it seems it works as advertised. However, is this the same as the other Beurer heat pad show in the product listing that has a poor review? (the product names are very similar, just has the words in a different order!!) That review complains of low temperature, that is certainly not my wife's experience, who has found it too hot (if anything) on setting 3.

I ordered this for replacement of my old one as it died after 10 years of service.Courier:Sent with a courier which was really hard to contact. She was leaving a card but wasnt picking up phone when I was trying to contact her... finally somehow received the parcel.First impression: The packet was damaged from one side... The product was having indication that it was used previously.. like setting on 3, plug plastic cap not in placeFirst try: Connected to supply and put it on setting 1... waited for 10 minutes..no heating at all.. then set at setting 3 and waited for another 10 minutes.. a slight heating but really small..not sufficient for anything.The product is well built but if it cant do what it should then no point in having the product.I contacted seller but he replied that he will try to repair the item but I wanted refund. Sent Item back and seller confirmed that he will refund be the price. I did not get the money for courier back and also had to spend money on sending it back.My suggestion will be dont buy this product. If Amazon sells it then you can buy. They are quite customer focused.Bad experience... bad product ... bad luck :)

As someone who has to deal with pain everyday I thought that I would try this heat pad as my old heat pad had come to the end of it's days. Using the pad on setting 2 was not really that adequate for the level of pain that I have to cope with so I always have to use it on setting 3 but even this could not always be of any help to me. I also found that it's effects were not that long lasting, so for me something smaller would have been more of a benefit so the heat could be concentrated more in a perticular area, but found it did heat up quickly & stays at the given temperature. The automatic shut off can be anoying but safety must rule as afterall this is a safety device. After reading the instruction booklet I found out that this could not be used in hospital, had I known that from the start I would never have bought it. If you are a person who does have periods of hospital stays take heed of this.

Excellent. I have used this product for 5 months, and now I'm buying a second one - one for upstairs, one for downstairs! I've used various makes of electric head pads for years, to ease my arthritis, but the Beurer outclasses the rest - it heats up quicker, maintains the chosen temperature well and the automatic switch-off to avoid overheating works well too. Level 1 and 2 has no effect.Level 3 is good and hot but heat not evenly spread.Wire is long enough for bed use so not much disturbance but if longer even better for sharing use .Loved it after a few months using it .Waiting to get another one when stocks are available

Je cherchais un petit coussin chauffant. Après avoir fait un peu le tour de tous les produits disponibles, j'ai opté pour ce modèle et je ne le regrette pas du tout !Points positifs :* 3 niveaux de température bien distribués, pas besoin de regarder le boîtier pour deviner le niveau sélectionné* dimensions parfaites (en gros celle d'un oreiller)* coussin lavable avec une éponge ou en machine (le fil d'alimentation se retire facile)* fourni avec une petite housse qui laisse passer la chaleur (et pas désagréable à regarder)* coupure automatique au bout de 90mn (permet de s'endormir avec sans avoir peur de surchauffe ou problème électrique)Points négatifs :* la prise d'alimentation du coussin est un petit peu trop épaisse et peu être gênante si on s'appuie dessus...* la coupure automatique après 1h30 arrive vite en fait... :-) le coussin marche tellement bien et cette chaleur détend tellement bien et est tellement utile que je le remet en route 2 ou 3 fois d'affiléPersonnellement ce coussin ma énormément soulagé. J'ai une hernie lombaire avec une belle sciatique et cette douce chaleur permet de se détendre les muscles et diminuer la douleur. Ça fait 3 semaines que je l'utilise quotidiennement et je ne peux que le recommander !Petite astuce pour l'utiliser: bien le mettre en contact de la peaux ou d'un vêtement léger. Ça chauffe bien mais ce n'est pas un radiateur portable non plus, il ne faut pas exagérer.
