This stayed in my cart way too long. I am so glad I purchased this product. I have thick curly hair (mixed) and my curls were so plump and moisturized after the shampoo and conditioner! I mean they were hydrated and fully renewed. The icing on the cake was the Biosilk serum, whew. Worth every penny. The "slip" that it has is unmatched and allows for a very smooth and effortless comb through. You only need a few drops of this serum so I know this large bottle will last. I used some also on my finished style and the serum provided my hair with a deep sheen that looked, felt, and smelled good. You know when you catch a soft whiff of your hair when it's freshly done and smelling good, it's a plesant experience even more with Biosilk's subtle and soft scent. I will be purchasing this product again without a doubt, making it a staple in my self care routine.

For the last 5 years, I’ve been dealing with increasingly sensitive skin and scalp. My hair had become thinner, duller, and more breakable. I finally realized that my shampoos/conditioners were exacerbating my hair problems, and I’m pretty sure I’m sensitive to one of the common ingredients in soaps (likely parabens or sulfates). I’ve spent the last few years experimenting with different types of hair products (mostly ones that were free of irritating ingredients). I finally found one brand that didn’t irritate my scalp, but it did absolutely nothing to strengthen or heal my dull hair. I eventually dug out my old bottle of silk therapy serum to see if it would help, and thankfully it made a noticeable difference in my hair whenever I would use it. I went to purchase a new bottle of serum and realized that there is also a silk therapy shampoo and conditioner (that’s also paraben free!). I figured I’d give this shampoo/conditioner a shot. I’ve been using it for two weeks so far, and my hair is NOTICEABLY healthier, stronger, shinier, and getting thicker again (I’m seeing less of my scalp now!). No other products I had previously tried were able to achieve this, so I’m ecstatic. I was already a fan of the silk therapy serum for many years, but I’m now also a fan of their shampoo and conditioner set. I’ve seen noticeable improvement in my hair these last two weeks, and it also doesn’t irritate my scalp like many other products do. I will definitely be repurchasing, it’s well worth the price for me. The serum bottle also lasts a really really long time (a little goes a long way), so I’ll only need to repurchase the shampoo and conditioner next time. I don’t write that many product reviews, but I always make sure to write a review if I really love a product. If you’re like me and you struggle with unhealthy, dull, brittle hair, please give this stuff a shot!!!!

Love this product. I live by it. I bleach my black hair every month. I mainly keep it blonde, so it’s fairly damaged. It’s always dry and fried at the ends. This product is a game changer and hair saver. I wouldn’t say I live by the shampoo and conditioner. I’m all about the serum. That stuff saved my hair. It’s the only product that gives my hair and natural feeling softness. I use it liberally though you don’t need much at all. It does not leave my hair greasy whatsoever since it needs the moisture. I’ve tried every product under the sun and nothing compares. No glass like product comes close to what this product does for my hair. It turns my nasty straw like textured hair into hair I can freely run my fingers through and not feel embarrassed to have touched. I have turned so many other people onto this product who have raved back to me how amazing their hair feels and all it takes is a dime size amount to accomplish on most of their hair. I have extremely thick hair so I typically use a quarter or more as mine is extremely damaged (by choice) I can’t seem to stop being a blonde. Try this if you have lost all hope for your hair. I use the shampoo and conditioner on and off but don’t notice it making a huge difference one way or the other. It truly comes down to the serum.

Worked amazing on my 12 year olds hair. It came out so silky and soft. I love the smell and hair came out extremely manageable.
