For us it works as a nice backup machine. It arrived on time, excellent packaging and was simple to assemble. The only feature I wish that it had was the ability to stop during a fill session by pressing down on the foot pedal. I would also like to see an accessory to attach a wand to the end of the filling line so that some of our formulas wouldn't foam up as much during a fill cycle. However, I have extra wands from another machine and the price is so affordable, I really don't mind having to overcome some very basic adversities.

Product works well. They do crap out after a few months of not cleaned every few days but we use them all day every day. I just wish the hoses were longer on them.

The device was missing two pieces when opened: the filling nozzle that fits into the tube-end for filling and the top screw piece that sits on the arm that holds the filling tube. Also, when I went to plug it in, there was black plastic on the lower prong so I had to peel that away before I could plug it in. It didn't seem to affect the prong so I proceeded to plug it in. Once plugged in, it tripped my outlet because the machine was in the "on" position. I pulled the plug out, turned the machine off, reset my outlet then hastily plugged it back in. Once I turned it on, there was some sort of residual liquid that came out. It didn't have a smell so I'm assuming it was water? I am now rethinking this purchase and may return it...also, if I decide to keep it, I'm now going to have to contact the manufacturer to get the two missing pieces....that information is ALSO MISSING! Can't anything just be easy for once? Business owners don't have the time to mess with these type of inconveniences! There is literally ZERO information on the "Certificate of Approval" other than the Product Name & Model...no Manufacting Number, Date Manufactured, Inspector information or Seal of Competent Department.

This machine is so easy to use that you do not need instructions. Works very well as long as you are filling liquids or oils. For the price you can’t ask for much more.

I used the product to fill ounce bottles of oil and found it to be very reliable. I was uncomfortable with relying on the machine because of od the low price. when I compare the other machines on the market for this task the cost gives you the impression that the low-cost machines will be a problem. This is now the second product of similar construction, they are all the same manufacture with different companies selling them, that has come DOA.The electrical panel operates as it should, but the pump does absolutely nothing. This is now 2 of 6 that I have received that does not function.Unfortunately for me I am outside of my return window as it was intended to be a back up machine.If you are looking for a liquid filler for small runs stay away from this item or any that look alike. They are junk.As well as the product not operating properly, the machine actually looks nothing alike the picture listed.Steer clear of this product.
