So far so good. It does exactly what we need it to.

Very simple to set up and use, I don’t need to read the instructions even. I tried it in my store and buzzers are working well. Also, It has pretty long working distance I tried it in the longest distance in our food court, it handled well. When using it to calling customer, It vibrates and sounds. Very helpful item for business I think.

Bought this pager system for my restaurant, but it did not meet my expectations. I have returned the product. it comes with a very simple instruction manual, which took a little more time for me to figure out.The device worked perfectly the first few times when we were not busy, and only used 3-5 buzzers. however, we had a problem with it after using it for about a week. When I informed my guests to pick up their food, some buzzers started to not respond to the caller.

This paging system meets all the requirements of our restaurant to avoid guests gathering during social hours. Neat and orderly arrangement, customers will be immediately notified by us. The buzzer charges fast and lasts a long time, and we don't need to think about battery life for all-day use. It is a reliable helper for us and I am very pleased with its performance.

We got this for our store in a food court. The distance they work in is perfect. Easy to set up and works great! Instead of keep asking when their food is ready, our customers happy using these! We are very pleased with the purchase, it helps our business.

I use these in my classroom when J have a group of students that have questions. It’s so much easier than calling them and getting their attention. It also keeps track of the order of kids. My room is big and these work in all parts of it. It’s also super easy and quick to set up, and the little paper on front slides out if you want to customize it.

DO NOT BUY!!!!!!! Once the system is out of sync with pagers there is literally no way to reset it. Reached out to customer service over THREE different platforms and they have told me they have to reset it, they won’t tell me how to and have ignored all messages. Terrible over seas customer service. Don’t waste your money on this scam company.

Love it. Fast and reliable. One thing I love from this is the wireless connection. I did test it. My client is away from 4 stores to my location but i even buzz her picking up her. order. Awesome.
