Love this item. Great quality with lovely brass finish. Easy install. Perfect waterfall function.

I was excited about this tub filler because the metal was good quality not that coated gold crap. The fixture looked beautiful once it was installed but construction took another five weeks to complete the bathroom and the tub was the last thing to go in by the time we turned on, the tub filler to try to fill the tub we realize that it doesn’t let the water out properly. The sprayer works, but the faucet only lets a small stream of water out on the left-hand side of the opening. Amazon do nothing to help. This company is based in China, has no US based address and has no customer service phone number. The Amazon representatives couldn’t even find it although that’s the only way that they tell you to try to resolve your problem. Trash and a waste of money that I’m gonna have to pull up the floor to replace!!! Never ordering a faucet or any installed mechanical item from Amazon in the future. TRASH.

If you're doing a freestanding tub, you quickly learn that your options for the freestanding filler from the name brands will set you back thousands. Not only that but you have to buy separate rough-in valve assemblies that add to the cost and candidly can complicate the install. There are, however, cheaper options out there like this one. This faucet appears to be a good value, except that my flow rate through the assembly makes it almost unusable. I was able to get in touch with the manufacturer, and I have replacement parts on the way .. if that fixes my problem, this will be a 5 star item. In the meantime, I'm upgrading from 2 star to 4 star on account of the good faith efforts from the manufacturer up to this point.
