Some users have reported that the straps broke or the embellishments came unglued after minimal use.Comfort Concerns: The insole lacks cushioning, making extended wear uncomfortable. Additionally, the materials used feel cheap, and the shoes emit a strong chemical smell upon unboxing.Sizing Issues: The shoes run small. I recommend ordering at least a half size up, especially if you have wider feet. I am normally a size 5, but I followed the other reviews and sized up to a 6. They fit perfect now. Toe at the end with a little space.Good for wide flat feet like I have. Shoes are light and good value for my money. I bought them to dance in. They are light and have a nice firmness without being too stiff. They do need broken in. Wore them to dance in and the straps and platform held up under stress 1st day.Only negative I had was the toes were not stuffed and they came in dented because they are in soft bags, not a box. This was pretty simple to fix with some paper and fabric stuffing of my own for a few hours in the earlier part of the day. The dented area remains visible for now but the structure has been pushed back out and no longer rubs on my big toes.

I wore these for work, less then 6 months the sole snapped like this and make it uncomfortable to wear. The left sole is also cracking. The second part I bought around the same time, the sole is snapping to and the inside heel areas is separating enough for me to stick my finger through the hole. I had to go down a shoe size from a 9 to an 8 because it felt too "large" in the toe and it felt like the shoe was gonna fall off. Even sizing down to an 8 still felt "lose". Even through the shoe shows "traction" I can slide around in it. The only up side is the velcro for people who are disabled will make it easier to put them on. But definitely not worth the money.

Very cute. I am more of a sneaker gal but these were fairly comfortable for the event I was attending. They were a little chunkier than I expected but I liked the look.

I love these shoes!! They are so cute, just the right height , comfortable, and were a great price too!! I ordered a size 8 which is my normal size and they fit perfectly. They have some padding at the heel and inside as well. There is a wide toe box which is great for my wide feet. There is an unusual clip to fasten them which isn’t a problem . It actually makes getting them on easier. I would definitely recommend these shoes !

Finally settled on our third pair. The first pair was way too big though we ordered her typical size. The second pair was a half size down and still too big. The third pair (another half size down) is closer to a decent fit, but still a little off-kind of wide and high while being the correct length. We got two pairs with buckle closure and one with Velcro. The Velcro closure strap was overly long. The buckles worked out better. The soles of these shoes are not rubber, so the grip isn’t as good as you might think. The upper portion of the pair we finally chose to keep is dented in on the top. It doesn’t interfere with wear, but it’s noticeable. We will try to fix it. Quality control seems to be a bit of an issue with these. The style is really cute though.

I would give these more than 5 stars if I could. These are platform shoes - but they are so comfortable! The toe box is round and wide, leaving plenty of room for your toes to spread out. They fit true to size. The color is shiny like patent leather. They are easy to put on and I wore them at a conference - 4 days, all day every one of those days. Ultra comfy and very classy. They are also slip resistant. I will be getting these in more colors. Recommend! #gifted
